One of the best instructional videos I've seen on this subject. Good detail. Clear instructions. No wasted time. Can't wait to try it on my Bronco. Thanks.
1 year later, your instructional video is still valuable. I have a 95 F250, and was wondering how to disassemble and assemble! Thanks for sharing your time and talent.
Appreciate your step by step instructions. Very clear and easy to follow you through. Happy you got right to the business at hand instead of wasting words on non-essentials.👍
I just got my new headlights in yesterday and already watched four how to videos. I must say yours hands down was the best informative video on RUclips! It was very helpful. Thank you
This is a great video. I just did my headlamp assemblies on both sides. Other videos didn’t remove the cowling, but I found it was easier for just another 10 mins it took to remove it. 100% recommend
i know this is a bit older, but it just saved me from pulling my hair out, lol. i just bought a '96 and changed out the headlights using your video, thanks man!
3 years later and I’m about to use this video to change my headlights in my first truck (learners permit coming soon) it’s a 1995 ford f-150 Xlt I fricking love it
Very good instruction! Used this on my '96 f150. I was surprised how fast it was to remove the grill and cowl and how much easier that made the whole job.
Great video brother, got a 97 F350 and ready to change all that out. Nice thorough and detailed explanation, helps anytime someone can tell you the nut sizes and locations of where the hard to find locations. Thanks
30 bucks for the pair? That's cheap. Thanks for the helpful video. I just put new headlights in my 96 mustang and couldn't find any videos that were as clear as yours. Needless to say, it was a pain in the ass lol
Great video thank you very much you take your time to show a step-by-step and do a close-up when you're taking the screws where you're taking them from and everything other videos don't show that much detail Thank you God bless you
Just bought a 1994 Ford F150 and the passenger side headlight assembly is loose, so this video is a big help on getting it fixed right, thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the help! Great tip to remove the entire front! I used a tip from somewhere else on the web and set the nuts into the deep socket with a piece of paper towel - kept them in place until the threads started.
Excellent video. Now we must collectively publicly flog the people who made it necessary to dismantle the entire front of the truck just to replace a headlight...
Exactly the info I was looking for as I’m ready to do this to my ‘95 F250. The other vid I found about this by some kid was pretty useless whereas yours was excellent.
Is anyone making LED bulbs for these years Fords 150's ? This looks like a good Idea , my old eyes need all the help they can get. Thanks for the video .
Great video. Your being the 34d I'm a row I've watched only to share it with my son in another state. 2 did not clarify that this only works on 1992-1996 F150/Bronco and 1992-1997 F250/F350. You video heading says 1992-1997 Ford truck but you clarify in the content. The other 2 did not at all.
Did mine today. Not too bad. One thing to watch out for is I had two bolts unscrew from the light housing instead of the nut unscrewing. If that happens to you, just keep unscrewing it. You can fix everything back to normal after you get it off.
Until you lifted the hood, I thought this was my truck. I've never seen one the same color as mine. Not red, not orange, kind of in between. Do you know where this one was made? I believe mine was, originally, purchased in California but I acquired it in Indiana.
Make sure the oring on the bulb is in good shape and the bulb is installed tight. Other than that, it’s the quality of the construction of the housing.
I’m in the process of replacing my headlights on my 1992 Ford F-150. When you do this save yourself some time by ordering extra headlight retaining clips beforehand. Several of mine broke and now I’m waiting on them.

Thank you for the video! I changed mine last weekend. I never would have figured it out without this video!
Very good instruction! Used this on my '96 f150. I was surprised how fast it was to remove the grill and cowl and how much easier that made the whole job.

That helped me change the head lights in my 1992 ford f450

Glad I watched saved me a headache thanks for the video
Nice, any tips on how to prevent water from entering the lense?
Make sure the oring on the bulb is in good shape and the bulb is installed tight. Other than that, it’s the quality of the construction of the housing.

About how long is the whole process?
On the 93 f350 dually, I removed the two inside nut and screws but I still can't get light out on drivers side

Very good 👍
Big Texas thumbs up!!! 👍 👍
Did he say 11mm bolts on bottom ?
Yes thats correct.
Great video
ya i liked it to and subscribed
Looks great. I hate those clips ford uses on them headlights lol
Yes compare. Just was going to say. Mine is yellow as hell. I kinda like them black ones
Good job bud...
good 👍🏿 thank you
I mean just a simple fact that you have to use snap ring pliers just to take out the headlight.. fix or repair daily
Don’t forget the GM cars that you had to remove the hood to get a distributor out 😂
So after watching this, maybe easier to get a New Truck.
Thanks
