remember how Suki met other stranger dogs? she was very very friendly. if Suki did not remember Kai, that means she's meeting a random strange dog for the first time and therefore her approach would have been very friendly too. Her somewhat indifferent persona when she met Kai in this video ironically proves that she does remember him, it is just her approach to her grown-up pup has changed.

Shiros “chicken dance” is actually him spreading his scent markers using his back paws, so essentially he’s peeing and using his back paws to spread the scent glands located in his paws indicating to any other animal that walks by that that is his territory. Dogs do that when they are in a new territory to claim that territory as theirs.
