    Watching from Aussie Land, locked down and nowhere near the beach (5km travel limit). Thanks for the dream of our release in the coming summer, hopefully with a new foil. Cheers

      I got mine yesterday and did some testing behind the boat. The hype is well deserved, it’s the most amazing foil I have used

      Yeah they are totally next level HA wings. It did take a little adjustment to get used to them but I’m freaking!! So fun.

    Hi, nice video, thanks. I am an experienced kitesurfer and I have an old 2018 Cabrinha Double agent foil. I want to do prone surf and to update my kite quiver. I am 80 kg, which wing do you recommend me for both activities (kite and surf)? HA1125, HA925, other? Cheers mate

    In which situations would you still recommend the 1125 over the 925? Sounds like the 925 is better at almost everything, what's the 1125's place in the quiver?

      Good question. At 165 lbs. I can use the 925 in most conditions since it turns better and I don’t need the extra lift of the 1125. I do use the 1125 in smaller waves, for downwinding, and winging in smaller conditions or lighter air. Bigger riders will need the more support of the 1125.

    For light wind winging 10-15mph would you go with the ha1125 or hs1550v2?
    I’ve just ordered the ha925 which I’m guessing will be good above 15mph for my 87kg. Looks so sick 🤙

      The 1550v2 will be a lot easier in those conditions for sure. After spending a lot ons sessions on the HA1125, I can get that going in 10-15 but the 1550v2 will work better in the bumpy or light stuff. 1125 will have more glide and stiffer turns. Just a matter of what you are looking for.

      @@REALmattnuzzo nice one. What you think the low end is on the 925? Cheers

      I have used the 925 in as light as 13mph but really don’t use it til it is 18+.

      @@REALmattnuzzo thanks Matt. Last question, how far back from the front foot strap (or off tail) do you have the mast on your wing board. Just need make sure can run it on my 2022 Fanatic. Cheers 🤙

    • @REALmattnuzzo
      @REALmattnuzzo 3 года назад +1

      Every board is different and so are people’s personal set up. On my FG 4’5 I ride it at the 6 number on the tracks and on the FG 4’11 wing board I ride it at 4.5. The good thing about The Armstrong mast is if you run out of space in the tracks, you can flip the front mounting screw to go through the hole that the washer normally sets in. This gives you an extra 2cm. With that you should be good.🤙

    Hi, great vid! What mast do you recommend for the HA wings. 85 or 100 cm? For winging and for kitefoiling. Thanks!

    What's better for 75 kg guys to ride behind a surfboat, 925 or 1125?

  • @rctrix9063

    The issue is tip stall. The wider the wing tip the more stable the wing/foil. Most of the designer of foils don't understand basic wing design principles, just like surfboard shapers.
