Summary: Deku finally arrives at the coffin in the sky; seeing Bakugo and the others defeated by Shigaraki, Deku shakes with anger.

Can't u believe it, 4x13 with eri's help, Deku was able to use 100%. Now 3 seasons later, he's using every previous users quirks at 120%. Our boy has grown up.
But basicly it's just 45% Full Cowl OFA.
45% OFA + Fajin equal to 100%
45% OFA + Fajin + Gear Shift equal to 120%
Imagine 100% OFA + Fajin + Gear Shift would be like
@@GadgetMe1 Some quick math makes Fa-Jin add 55%, and Gearshift another 20%. So the total percentage would be 175%, which is insane to think about

Just a note for Deku’s Gearshift “changing the laws of physics” - an example of this is Gearshift COMPLETELY ignoring mass in a given situation/use, which is an absolutely INSANE feat. An object in motion must stay in motion, but because it now works on a cellular level through it’s natural evolution inside OFA, all of Deku’s organs, bones, and blood don’t come flying out his head when he stops and speeds up his body so suddenly, totally disregarding inertia and nullifying it. Such a cool ass Quirk introduced this late in the series.
Day 1: breaking bones 🤕
Day 100: breaking the laws of physics 🤯
The reason Midoriya's body isn't getting damaged this time is the 120% being the result of the quirks in use.
45% Strength Boost combined with Kinetic Energy and Lightspeed grants Midoriya's attacks the power and force of what a 120% Physical Boost would be like.
That, plus the first war arc stated Midoriya's been using Blackwhip to reinforce his insides when fighting.
Deku quite literally gave Shigiraki the ass kicking of the century
But he didn’t kill him. That was his biggest mistake here, even a Zamber agrees
So here’s how Horikoshi broke the laws of inertia. I want to be concrete about it but I think it’s just as simple as looking at Newton’s 1st law. An object will stay in motion or at rest unless acted on it by a force. Which is constantly with gravity, wind resistance, and other factors. Deku bypasses that by hitting him with Faux 100 which we saw sends Shigaraki FLYING, and he STAYED in place until Deku LET the proper impact occur. Deku can accelerate himself to 120% which is pretty much free hysterical strength for 5 minutes combining with Fa Jin charging the right moves, AND halt his movement without any slowing down, whiplash, or altering direction. This is BUSTED. And by virtue of MANY combinations of quirks, Deku IS stronger than Season 1 All-Might. Granted OFA is designed to face AFO ALL quirks like healthy All-Might did to healthy AFO so there’s a LOT of missing components to this fight too. Chief among them for me is I see SEVERAL images with only 7 of the 8 vestiges present. And All-Might doesn’t appear to be completely here. So I’m eyeing a VERY big surge in energy to come for them BOTH. Deku and Shigaraki are just getting started.
By this point deku had surpassed prime all might
So with what I read in simple turns when he attacks and uses it he can pretty much inflicts fighting game hitstun to combo them pretty much lol is that what you mean cause that's what I think with a quick scim through
@@flixytip4571 AFO didn’t really agree with that in season 6 saying only his tenacity and will reach All-Might, and the only line that supports that he surpassed the prime level before All-Might lost his stomach is Deku mid emotional breakdown doing everything to push people away. And no one in show took it seriously. Faux 100 would not be called “faux” if it was meant to be treated as the same as that level. Faux means “false.”

@@flixytip4571 Deku’s feats are VERY similar to season 1 All-Might right now. And that’s what the doctor compared Shigaraki’s body to with no quirks while saying it’s a bit weaker. So Shigaraki no quirks is just a tad weaker than maximum injured AFO since the power was the same as season 1 All-Might. (Only All-Might’s time limit shortened after fighting Nomu not his power or speed.)
But that’s why Prime AFO being back is so important. We can find out what both he and All-Might are capable of without their injuries. Shigaraki has a body much better suited for holding the quirks of AFO without getting any of their backlash strains. (Considering how AFO’s body expanded and convulsed as he used several quirks at once, you can get the idea that as powerful as he is, that is not a comfortable position.) Deku is meant to be able to surpass Shigaraki using EVERY quirk. And one of AFO’s combos in season 3 is air cannon, kinetic booster times 4, strength enhancer times 3. That’s a LIGHT combo for him. No way Shigaraki’s body without quirks can just act as a full DOUBLE of power to Prime AFO.
There’s a LOT of little nuggets throughout that show how complex this fight is not just the quirks stacking. The AFS body and Deku are both IMMENSELY complicated at the levels they are at.

For reasons like this I totally prefer to see it in Japanese, the voices, everything else in Japanese is perfect.
And that's totally cool personally I watch the dub cause the voices fit more perfectly with the characters personally the only thing is don't be sleeping on my hero dub they kill it that's all I ask lol

At the start of the episode, Shigaraki taunts Deku by attempting to call him out for 'making excuses'. At the end, HE'S the one making the excuses, blaming Eraser and the Arena, and the Heroes' tactic of splitting his side up, etc. Nice way to bookend the episode.
Is it bad if I thought Justin's VA work this episode made it seem like peak Deku is mimicking even Bakugo's speech patterns? XD (Not an insult! In fact, very on-brand for Izuku considering he first learned Full Cowling by mimicking Bakugo's movements.)
i mean in the deku vs bakugo fight, deku does say that when he gets into a fight he starts sounding like him

This is such a good episode also in my opinion this episode should’ve came out. So much sooner which I’m pretty sure everyone agrees with that also the acting is perfection
The last attack deku used I call it ultimate detroit smash And the number of times he can speed up or Slow down with gear shift is 4
When Deku saw Bakugo’s dead body I was like oooooooo he is about to destroy Shigaraki and while he did do that he did it while in control. Shigaraki is far from saving he needs to be chopped down immediately. I am very curious as to what’s happening on the island with Toga since that blood hasn’t been used yet.
I personally loved that Hosikoshi went that route with ShigAFO trying to use Deku's anger against him. Too many stories make raging anger a boon to the characters that "help them win against the odds!", but anger is known for making people less critical and intelligent in situations (which is one of Deku's greatest assets). There's a reason "blind rage" is a thing. So I love that Mirio had to step in, and that ShigAFO noticed that Deku's anger last time led him straight into touching range. Such a great story choice!
OFA is finally complete and fighting against AFO, but I don't think the battle is over yet
Also since season 7 is only going to be 21 episodes, there has to be another season (at least 13 episodes) to cover the rest of the series
