I’m so tired and sick of women always trying to talk down other young women as if they aren’t even the same size as them 🙄. Like Sit down!!!! That lady should look at herself in the mirror bcuz it was disrespectful!!! If they so concerned about weight of the girls at least have it in some kind of writing form out of respect instead of saying it out loud at an audition or tryouts to avoided hurt feelings. I mean I understand weight is important for the uniforms they uses and wear but there weren’t absolutely no reason for that coach or lady to blunt that out there. FYI some young ladies are very conscious about their weight it’s a sensitive topic to speak up on. I feels like coaches and judges should be very careful how they use their tones. Cuz it can be abrasive at times. I swear if she said that and I was at the tryout huntyyy i wouldn’t be playing any games I would’ve left middle of that tryout and if I had some friends that was trying out with me too I would have grab them out of there too. Cuz that lady know she wrong.
It was tacky as hell of her. Even after stating she wanted to encourage them more than anything, yet turn around and say she will talk about them if their stomachs hang over??? Like wtf? All while sitting there eating in front of those girls faces. That was one sad and tired 'encouragement' talk. She should have kept that lil sh*t to herself. The young ladies entire posture and countenances changed. They looked so disheartened and dispirited. Why try to tear them down and intimidate them? So manipulative.
