The FIM should be held accountable for the dates that they set. Set up a hearing and if they don't show up with enough evidence then Broc walks free. Should be just like a justice system, not "hey we will hold the hearing when we have all the proof we need and everything is perfect to ruin your career because the FDA doesn't require companies to list potential banned substances"

Low and behold some of the supplements coming from china have shown repeatedly to have substances not listed on their ingredient menu (lol, not as much oversight means the same drums that made the last batch of supplements might contain some residue that accidentally makes it into the batch of whatever legal approved supplement an athlete is trying to take. this is resulted in several shortened or nullified punitive sentences against athletes. it's not as clear cut as "Brock cheated." Not even close. Note that they haven't even been willing to give Tickle the info for what he tested hot for so he could even attempt to defend himself. Just keep him in the dark and kneel out his career clock like some leading nfl deam. Damn shame bordering on travesty and miscarriage of justice as i see it.

If you're being sarcastic, it would be with years of discipline and practice. He's seen in the video doing cardio, and is even shown going up an steep incline. Skinny is the perfect attribute, as it allows for better a better VO2 Max. The body has less muscle to supply, therefore allowing for better oxygen circulation. The riders have trained hard for years and are defiantly capable of running a 5K in 16-18 minutes (sub 6 minute miles).
How you ever tried to train and ride as hard as they do?. I'm going to tell you, your body can't recover. It's a classic case of overtraining- well unless you're getting a little help from some performance enhancing drugs.

Swole Turd You can achieve higher recovery rates with pure oxygen. Many riders are seen riding their workout bikes with oxygen masks on.
