I have been watching your videos for months now. I have attended hundreds of country shows over the years, and I can say without question that you are the best steel player I ever heard!!!!!!!!!!!!! A lot of them try to play fast, and can't get all the notes in.; This is perfection....................
Several years ago a fellow shows up at the Opry by the name of Ervin Rouse and this name didn't ring a bell however when he told them he was the author (and copywriter) of the Orange Blossom Special then of course he was honored by the fiddle players there. It was first recorded as a fiddle tune in 1939. Chubby Wise for years claimed that he was the author of this was wrong. The Orange Blossom Special was a train that ran from New York to Miami part of the Seaboard Air Line RR

Hi David. My name is David Long and I am writing from Atlanta, Ga. (USA). I have searched every where to find backing tracks of yours with no luck. I would give anything to have your track from Orange blossom Special, Hwy 40 Blues, look At Us and a few more to practice along with. I just purchased a new GFI Ultra Pedal Steel, and man you are my go to and hero on all things steel guitar. I will buy them if you can point me to a web site that sells them. I'd like to get a collection of song tracks that you have done for us on the RUclips channel if that is possible. Or if I could pay to have you down load the mp3 on my computer. After 40 years I was able to fulfill my last bucket list to get a steel and I am so excited to learn. I've been trying to play with RUclips songs but would prefer that the settle wasn't present in the music. So I can learn my thing. If you can be of any help I would surely be grateful to you. And I figured I doesn't cost a dime to ask. However, I'd probably find a way to purchase every track that I've heard you play on RUclips if we can make it happen.
