- It is "insane" what Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is now doing, says Sky News host Rowan Dean.
"Justin Trudeau has declared an emergency act," Mr Dean said.
"The strongest and most repressive tool in his government to try and silence and starve these people - to stop them getting their hands on their own money, to stop them getting petrol, to stop them getting food."
Mr Trudeau said the powers were needed to quell the continuing Freedom Convoy protests.
"This is terrifying," Mr Dean said.

It seems very few people understand what is going on. As far as I can tell, here's the low down / scoop:
Globalist billionaires, who basically now "own" most of the world, control our governments, which have assumed the role of our "managers" / "administrators" on their behalf.
Our "elected representatives" are not representing us. And our governments do not serve us or our best interests.
The people who "own the world" do not seek our well being, but rather to create a world where we will be helpless to defend ourselves against them. We have, in effect, been their unwitting slaves. They are afraid that we will not accept them as our masters, and they are trying to ensure we will remain their slaves. This what the "Great Reset" is all about.
Do a little digging. Goggle "Klaus Schwab". Look into, for yourself (with the help of Google, say) which, of our political leaders, were "graduates" of the Young Global Leaders program.
Ya, I know, these billionaires backing the "Great Reset" are claiming to support socialism, but they are exceptionally deceptive. And they are lying. They took over our governments, and our governments pretty much gave them carte blanche.
They knew of course, there would be a problem announcing that they own everything, and we are all their slaves, and at their mercy. They knew we would tell them to go pound sand. But that's the point of their Reset program. It is to fully integrate us into a computerized global system designed to be able to monitor and psychologically manipulate and control us. It is all about control and to ensure against a "slave revolt".
We need to reject tyranny and we must reject their control. We need to work for each other, and not for the ultra-wealthy billionaires. We need to re-take control of our government and our institutions, and ensure that they are serving us, the people. And the only way we will be able to do this, is by refusing to prefer money over the well being of other human beings; we must, essentially, refuse to acknowledge, (or rather, we must first recognize and then reject) the significance of their wealth (in much the same way as we must learn to recognize and reject evil).
Global enslavement in a "Matrix-esque" dystopia is only "natural" and probably inevitable under the presumption of capitalism, under the premise that the "winner" has the right to ultimately enslave the "loser".
"You will own nothing [because you will be a slave] and you will be happy [because we will control what you believe, think and feel, and well, perhaps you will not be happy, but surely you will be happier about entering our spider web, if you believe you are going to be happy]."
But this dystopian outcome is neither desirable nor necessary.
All right you amazing billionaires, you won the great competition between rational (and immoral) agents, congratulations! I used to see instances of authoritarian governments and i would say "that kind of thing could never happen in my country" Until last week... I'm Canadian.
I am afraid, this thing might actually spread elsewhere (Italy and France, just to name two European countries). I wonder how it will end, i.e. if they will eventually demolish all protests or if they will capitulate. It is horrible!
Under the Emergency Act they could monitor this space, track us down, and smash in our doors to arrest us just for talking like this-and it would be legal, perfectly legal. I'm not exaggerating. It would be legal.
Two weeks ago an Ontario woman was on Facebook praising the protesters, saying she would join them. The next day the police came to her door to warn her that she better not violate any laws, then left. You can find her phone video here, unless they've removed it. (That's happening a lot.)

The emergencies act was to be used in case of real emergencies, not as a political tool to fool the electorate.

Like 'look at this, they're (the police) are doing their jobs, getting things back in order'. I was in Ottawa last weekend, it was beautiful, I'm so glad I got to go. So much love and acceptance around there after feeling like a monster for 2 years because I didn't agree with what the government's were doing. I was in Winnipeg for the demonstration; truckers were peaceful, quiet, feeding the homeless, picking up ALL the trash--downtown has never been so clean. The protesters can protest along the curb like every other teacher and mail walker, if you occupy the street you are doing so illegally. Also these people are a small minority of Canadians and do not represent what the nation wants as a whole. A few whining crybabies upset that they have a few restrictions don’t make an entire nation ready to overthrow the government. Canadians expect law & order, if you park on my street and prevent me from my rights and freedoms you better get out before the cops come cuz they aren’t going to stand for it. If they take too long then I’ll take my chances with a civil suit after the adjustments have been made privately.
