Thank you so much for this phantastic class! I bought a Spinefitter 5 months ago, and wasn't really sure what to do with it. At 63, this work-out feels very beneficial for my joints, from hands to hips, knees and feet. Also, wonderful mix of classical Pilates, fascial release, and stability training.Just what I need 💚
