- Famous shoe designer Christian Louboutin just released a new nail polish that costs $675. We can’t imagine spending this much money on nail polish, but some people will. So we sent a camera to Beverly Hills to ask people what they thought about the new Louboutin nail polish but instead of spending $675, we bought a bottle of nail polish from the drugstore for five bucks. Not really, all of us girls are different and would answer the question differently. Also, a lot of people do not even have the guts to public speak like we do. Those girls tried to answer the best they could ...especially since they were on the spot. I am sure that you would not have given your best answer to the question considering the fact that you would not have been prepared to answer it. P.S. A lot of us girls are actually very intelligent and along with being intelligent we also do a lot of community service and help out as much as we can which is just as important. whatImean

Loved the Ebola question and were expecting the girls to be stumped, which would have been hilarious! But that one girl was on top of it!
I don't get why they're laughing so hard at the pageant girls.They actually didn't give answers that were all that bad when it comes to Ebola.
One girl suggested "they" should "not be touching each other or nothin'." Like she believes every member of Ghana should be rounded up and treated, regardless of whether or not they'e infected. ***** I AM what you would consider young, and I was simply extending on the point of "not touching" one another. How would a government enforce such a thing? By isolated groups of its civilians. I was using logic to further analyze such a policy, and its obvious ridiculousness.

The bottle is what makes the polish so expensive, not the polish itself. Many people consider this a collectible, so it's no different than someone who's willing to spend lots of money on any other useless items.

On a trip to Europe, in my youth, I went to a perfume factory.
I purchased a very expensive perfume, but since it was not yet branded, paid a much, much lower price.
That was when it occurred to me that the real cost was in the box, bottle, advertising and the rest.
The perfume itself was pretty reasonably priced.

The audience was being sheep by laughing at the two teens' answers about controlling the Ebola crisis, when they were generally right.
1. If you know anything about Louboutin as a consumer, you know that the bottle shape reflects a stiletto high heel, and that this drugstore bottle isn't it. Also, that the drugstore red is nowhere near the shade on the bottom of the shoe. Information about the nail polish was online months before its release.
2. The only reason this particular "Starlight" bottle was $675 was for the bottle itself, which I believe was covered in Swavorski crystals. His nail polish normally runs at $50 a bottle, which is still a lot compared to other companies, but shouldn't be surprising based off the prices of his shoes.

well I just checked, because I didn't believe it. The same nail polish costs 45 euros, which is around $56.
It's the same louboutin red. So those things on the bottle have to be kind like those Swarovski-fame-diamonds, because only the bottle looks slightly different.
