Love this video. I’ve been thinking about my wardrobe lately as I’m doing my over 100 pound weight loss journey and I’ve been trying to envision the woman I want to be. And what I’m striving to be is a more feminine, chic, and classic woman. So as I buy clothes, I want to buy them for the woman I want to be and not the woman I am. That way I have no other option but to show up as her and it will be so easy to let my past ways go as I lose weight and have to donate my bigger clothes

As someone who spent 5years bodybuilding, afterwards I felt I had to rediscover my feminity, especially in the way of clothes as I was so used to being in the gym, wearing gym clothes and having a muscular body. Even when I would try to dress feminine I felt like an imposter as my body screamed masculine. Over the last 6-9 months I have really put the time and effort into watching these channels based on these topics and it has helped me so much. I have rediscovered my love for make up as well as dresses and skirts as opposed to sweats. Not that there is anything wrong with sweats, I'm just not that person no more and I don't want to be perceived in that way either. I'm allowing my highest self to reign and she is an ultra feminine woman with a little bit of fire to her. Thank you Dr. Michelle for this video. My main take away from it is that I have a hard time working out my colour palette. My clothes range from neutrals to bights and as much as I like the vast range of options, I don't always manage to put outfits together because not everything is matchable. I'd like to hone in on this for 2022 and work towards putting together more of a capsule wardrobe as far as colour is concerned.
I think the uniform analogy is a brilliant one, as it also suggests the need for order and discipline which is vital to moving forward and improving one's life.
I truly hate almost 70% of my wardrobe. I was holding onto things because I've spent so much on them but They don't do me any justice at all. Today I'm going to finally let them go. Thanks for the video
Personally, my journey into femininity is relatively new but exciting! I'm about to graduate college at 21 and will be getting married soon and moving in with my husband in North Carolina. As I continue to develop in my feminine, the woman I am working towards is beautifully physically and spiritually, emotionally intelligent, happy and peaceful, energetic and exciting to be around. Comforting, wise, nurturing, and soft are also some touch points for me as well!

Some of my spiritual pain has already gone. The remaining ones have been put into perspective, and not so catastrophic. I'm trying to redefine, re-educate, and improve in every way. i feel like a classy timeless woman as i value highly organization and aesthetics, a more crisp look speaks to my (sometimes too demanding of perfect) personality! as someone who embodies both masculine and feminine traits, i find clothes to be a nice balance point and although i wear pants often i choose lighter colors in organic shades that put a feminine touch ☺️
Every few months I go through my closet and give away everything I don't wear much. I don't like most patterns, I recently started tolarating black and white polkadots and some flower patterns. When it comes to color palletes I prefer cold colors to warm colors, desaturated tones, and I always seem to be drawn to the darkest piece in the room.
I would like to be stylish but free spirit/boho with fun patterns, bright colors and looking comfortable. IDK what type that is exactly! Thank you for the content!
I was already in this process of decluttering my clothes/wardrobe. My style is vintage/simple. My room is also vintage. I started cleaning my room a year ago and everything is still out. I have autism and its normal for autistic people not to complete task. I have to clean my room a little at a time. I also have chronic migraines and that is one of the other reasons why it's taking me so long to clean my room. I got rid of a lot of clothes and I'm still going through it. I going to do a capsule wardrobe so I won't be overwhelm with stress and anxiety. Also, it's preparations for me because I was told that you can't walk out the house anykind of way in Japan. You can't even look or dress crazy inside your house or to just to throw anything on just to go out to get the mail like how we do here in America like walking out in pajamas, flip flops and hair pulled in messy buns etc. Appearance is everything and how you dress is extremely important in East Asian countries like Japan and South Korea. One of the things that Americans living in Japan missed the most is throwing on anything like pajamas and walk out the house lol.
I've been watching your videos for 2 years...I'm now 20 and I found that these feminine clothing like the blouses and dresses make you appear older than you are...don't get me wrong I love these feminine tips but for teenagers and the younger females wearing these things make us look like 25+...I'm kinda hurt...if I wear a pair of jeans and a crop top I look my age...but when I wear a pair of heels and a pretty dress I attract much older men...can you make a video for age appropriate feminine tips?
I can’t believe this drops right now. I’m literally starting my entire wardrobe from scratch right now, selling gowns I paid hundreds of dollars for, for stuff that brings me joy.
I remember wearing a really nice vintage Dress and I wore it on two occasions and my hair wasn’t styled right either time and I threw off the look I truly enjoyed this video as I’ve been working to build up a great wardrobe

I listen to you while at work and its really helping me with becoming the feminine woman that I want to be and also obtaining the current man that I want to be with. I love love love your fragrance. I am normally in a military uniform most of the day and week and I have lost self. However; while I am at work now, I am able to glam up while in uniform and excited to glam outside of uniform. I change out of uniform when i am leaving work and when I arrive home to my man, he gets to see that feminine woman and is able to smell that fine forever fragrance as well. Now i want to work more on my style and that is why I am here today, thank you so much Dr. Daf, I am cleaning up my wardrobe and attitude.

GOOD Video...👍 The only thing that I would add that applies to some of us is, Get in shape first. Once your weight is stable you can shop or declutter THEN everything fits comfortably.

I have noted that my work clothes are a little masculine eg: pants and shorts and I now make sure I wear them with feminine shoes to balance it out😁. I'm still learning 🤫

Nice vid! True color matching of skin tone is also needed when wearing make-up. It’s weird seeing beat faces that don’t match a lady’s décolletage. It’s an overlooked thing because the makeup is flawless but it does stand out. It’s done by many races - from the overly bronzed to the too light foundation on brown skin.

Good Morning Sis! So my Style is a combination classy, timeless & prissy! But sometimes I think my clothes look more "mature" or older than I want to apear. So I want to add some "trendy, youthful looks!" Decluttering the closest is on the agenda for this weekend! I have already had 2 rounds of purging & gave some to my sister and others to charity. Whenever I take a style quiz, or talk to anyone, the same words always come up , dramatic, flamboyant, etc...which is true about my personality. I am very out there, very flamboyant, dramatic, etc... When I was younger, I could be considered Dramatic Sensual and Dramatic Trendy, now that I'm 53, and a grandmother I'm all that, plus Dramatic Causal/ Flamboyant Elegant. It's just hard to find clothing in that style for Goddess size ( Plus size women)

It's hard being a dramatic/ flamboyant style and a Goddess size ( Plus size) I say Goddess size, after the paintings of Goddesses, where they show them not being really thin, and I think it gives a more positive note too. My Momma could find fabulous clothes in the 70s and 80s, and she was Goddess size, but when I became Goddess size, it's like I was forgotten about. Nice vid! True color matching of skin tone is also needed when wearing make-up. It’s weird seeing beat faces that don’t match a lady’s décolletage. It’s an overlooked thing because the makeup is flawless but it does stand out. It’s done by many races - from the overly bronzed to the too light foundation on brown skin.

Whenever I take a style quiz, or talk to anyone, the same words always come up , dramatic, flamboyant, etc...which is true about my personality. I am very out there, very flamboyant, dramatic, etc... When I was younger, I could be considered Dramatic Sensual and Dramatic Trendy, now that I'm 53, and a grandmother I'm all that, plus Dramatic Causal/ Flamboyant Elegant. It's just hard to find clothing in that style for Goddess size ( Plus size women)

It's hard being a dramatic/ flamboyant style and a Goddess size ( Plus size) I say Goddess size, after the paintings of Goddesses, where they show them not being really thin, and I think it gives a more positive note too. My Momma could find fabulous clothes in the 70s and 80s, and she was Goddess size, but when I became Goddess size, it's like I was forgotten about. LOL I'll be more than happy to take your suggestions, and thank you once again 😊
