When I listen to this,I remember my husband narrating how hard it was to get me,he got me after traveling to 27 countries,on the other side,I was fasting every Thursday of the week and praying for my husband. One day a pastor came where I was working and asked me,why are you this kind?I didn't know what to tell him,but I told him,I really love treating people well, then he just told me,in 2 yrs you will be married and your wedding won't be in the same country. This is what exactly happened.but how God does His things is truly marvelous coz once we met,we sat in a restaurant and my husband told me of the vision he had, that's what I was praying for. Of course we were not perfect and had to work out some things and now,I can testify of God's goodness. Even during my delivery, God did a miracle

Some things aren't wise for all couples. If a man touched his wife, would he have the same attitude? "Why should a husband be upset with a man trying to hug or touch his wife? She's not mine, I'm a Steward, she is a gift to me. Therefore, if other men touch her and I am upset, that's against God's will. Why should I have hesitations about it? I don't own her." Because it's not wise. It's not a matter of "selfishness", though even God admits repeatedly that He is selfish for the love and commitment of His followers. No woman should be touching a woman's husband, just as in his heart he knows he would find it inappropriate for a man to touch his wife. Let's be real. And inviting people into one's home without vetting all the time is ignoring good sense. For any newcomer, Myles is a great teacher and shares a lot of truths but he is human too. Most of what he shares is definitely divinely guided and is in keeping with God's will, but he also grew up in the Caribbean with its complicated history. Seek God and wisdom will be added onto you.
Where did he say anything about touching? He said talking and complimenting. Do you not have single friends? People who think like you make church unbearable for those who aren’t married. Try and think about it.

Who are we, are we all from the lost tribes we try hard to imitate to make us feel good about ourselves. That we really do not know, or understand every step we make that the messages tells us not to take, but the new life allow us to be curious about all the wrong things that become to be popular acts in our lives we learned to like. I remember a saying they said a great person said many follow all the things he speak who were trying to guide the people out of the dark into the light. What we read our minds really hate because we never allow anything those that paved the way to stay as it is. Today there's no such thing is separation because everything that do not mix become to be a marriage with the humans life. It's not nothing one can see that's not wrong, except the rules that were set for one not to do. The good brother they said he spoke for a reason, but today the reason have no purpose. I wonder why is that. The what belong to the phony life, belongs to those practice it that make it the life for them. In so many words, how in the hell did the believers come to love it greater than the one help bring us out of the painful life, we now mix together and call it right. Is it because of the inflation life that those of the phony life had snuck into the good brother world he was trying to guide the people out of the darkest night. That the inflatration had brought us here to like every move one make we now call our new right. Something no one want to see because of a water down of great people found ways they do not have to ride with the life, but just a part that the people like that help them keep dancing with their no good for nothing sneaky life.

I'm a big fan of the late Dr Myles, but even I was surprised to find myself disagreeing with some of his examples. I'm sure he meant well, as he never came across as a bad husband or father. However, working, housework and carrying on a business is a challenge and it takes grace. I'm speaking of my experience. If we're expected to do all this, day in and day out without any help, it can be draining and can lead to ill health and in some cases premature death. It works better when you have the support of your husband and children who are not taking advantage of your hard work. This message comes across to me as if he is saying a wife is to work all hours and still look like it was effortless. I work hard at home, at work, in business and in church and look great, but it is not effortless, it's grace and taking time to look after my mental health and wellbeing often, so I don't breakdown. So, any wife or mother listening to this please apply it as far as you have grace to do. We are to be virtuous women, however our talents/gifts are varied.
Dr. Myles Munroe must have talked about the qualities of a good man in another message. But one thing is clear, to do Marriage God's way requires Grace. By Grace I mean the Help of the Holy Spirit...
And couples involved must sit down and let God lead them as to how to run the affairs in their home. This is how to curtail all these mental or health issues. Because no right thinking husband will want to jeopardize his wife's health .
The reason so many women are drained is because some have left their role doing men's role while some are even trying to do both. ( some for reasons beyond their control but it ought not to be so ideally)
Whatever situation anyone find themselves let them run to Jesus, he has the answers! I think we need the HolyGhost therapy more than anything else.

A good woman is one who puts only God before her husband! Not work not friends not the kids only God. That's it!

A woman can not be putting God first, if she isn’t putting her man first. A wife must submit to her husband who has submit to The Most High. God is very clear on order.

Interesting how I run into this sermon and I was doing a personal Ten days of prayer and learning using this same scripture Proverbs 31:10-31. 😊😊 great lessons
