I just started watch this servant of God three days ago. Thanks God that I found someone has the same vision and teaching the same way how I brought up my 8 children and leading my family. Thanks for the video. I try my best to be the best version of myself and live life respectful. I am far from perfect. I never met anyone that is on this earth. I dress respectful, I am hard working, I am God fearing, I raised my girls alone, I am well spoken. I get up early and never procrastinate on a task. I take care of my home, I fix and repair all the fixtures of my home, I wear my pearls. However, I been single for 28 years since the passing of my husband. I haven't met a Man yet that add to what God has molded me into. I will continue praising God and trying to live life respectful. 🙏🙏

Something that helps me out in this area is being mindful that God requires me to respect my husband regardless if he respects me or not. Being mindful that during arguments or disagreements instead of being rude and disrespectful with saying things back to him we have to strive to go and pray. Why are some of the women so uncomfortable and defensive when the traits of virtuous women are laid down yet they find so much comfort in labeling how a ‘A real man‘ should be like. Should it not be a two-way element?
Honestly? Because of history, and how prevalent abusive, domineering, neglectful men are, both in the church and out of it. Men are often way too eager to dictate what and how women should be while dealing with far more sinister issues as a group. They tend to be very quiet about major issues e.g. child abandonment, rape, sexual abuse, infidelity in favour of this stuff.

I pack me a sandwich for breakfast and lunch with some fruit and water. With agreement we fix our meals except dinner because we both work away from home. We pay our mortgage together. I dress respectful, I am hard working, I am God fearing, I raised my girls alone, I am well spoken. I get up early and never procrastinate on a task. I take care of my home, I fix and repair all the fixtures of my home, I wear my pearls. However, I been single for 28 years since the passing of my husband. Something that helps me out in this area is being mindful that God requires me to respect my husband regardless if he respects me or not.
Being mindful that during arguments or disagreements instead of being rude and disrespectful with saying things back to him we have to strive to go and pray.
Sis its not always easy to hold our peace and something that will help woman is to first ask the LORD to show us whats in our own heart and deliver us and repent when we do disrespect our husband because its actually sin against God.

Honestly? Because of history, and how prevalent abusive, domineering, neglectful men are, both in the church and out of it. Men are often way too eager to dictate what and how women should be while dealing with far more sinister issues as a group. They tend to be very quiet about major issues e.g. child abandonment, rape, sexual abuse, infidelity in favour of this stuff.

I pack me a sandwich for breakfast and lunch with some fruit and water. With agreement we fix our meals except dinner because we both work away from home. We pay our mortgage together. Both cook and clean. No maids. He's Nigerian and I'm an American woman and happily married 5 years praise God 💕🙏.
