Sir,I have received a notice. My income matches with the 26AS; however, the AIS is showing a higher income. What should I do? Should I disagree with the notice or submit the agreement option?
All the information about Capital Gains in the AIS is wrong for my case. Sale value of consideration and purchase value of consideration are also wrong.

I have filed fresh ITR in response to the notice from file revised ITR file option . Should I reply to the notice also ?
I have actually revised my ITR1 with ITR 2 as told by ITD under section139(5) instead of replying to defect return notice under section 139(9). Is there any problem
Now what is the status?
I also did the same. I filed new revised itr under 139(5) at 7th july ...and selected the disagree option giving the reason that I have already filed corrected itr... Till now no any response 2 days gone. What is your status kindly tell.
