1) Have a sincere intention to be pure and sinless when it comes to the opposite gender.
2) To have taqwa otherwise known as obedience and do all the commands Allah (swt) said to do.
3) Make dua to Allah (swt), we know Allah (swt) has the ability to help us so we should call upon Allah (swt).
Do what Allah has made obligatory and the sunnah (extra) things that you can do such as fasting, extra prayers,
thikr, etc.
4) Seek forgiveness by doing istighfar.
5) Perform exocism on yourself by getting rid of the evil eye, black magic, etc. (Watch Muslim survival guide)
6) Be good to your parents and fulfill their rights to Allah will give you a spouse that will fulfill your rights.
7) Take care of your appearance, health and look sharp and good but for girls don't show your beauty to non-mahrams.
8) Give up some of your conditions and standards so don't be picky and expect someone who is perfect in everywhere.
9) Help people in the community to get married and Allah will help you to get married.
10) Have a good relationship with your parents so you can both come to an agreement you both like.

The correct saying of the ayah is و من يتق الله يجعل له مخرجا

Barak Allah fek saying Allah will fall in love with you doesn't suit Allah majesty, because you know better that the attributes of Allah we don't go beyound Quran and sunnah with them and in the hadeeth it says Allah will love you so we only say Allah will love you we don't say Allah will fall in love with you, this is for two reasons:
1) there is no evidence for this term.
2) it doesn't suit Allah's majesty because it has the word "falls in" ta'ala Allah 'an thalik.
