When I was a teenager and around 6' 5" to 6' 7" and only about 175 to 180 pounds or so, I could effortlessly lift people onto my shoulder and just carry them in a single-shoulder sort of Thunderfire powerbomb position, or with them just sitting up on one of my shoulders.
No offence but how could you weigh that little at that height. I guess people do have less muscle mass when you're younger so maybe it does make sense. But like I'm 6'1 and weigh 160 and I'm very unathletic.
You should check out some Keith Lee videos because for his size he is freakishly agile and athletic for a man his size and he is one of my favorite wrestlers in the industry

The powerbomb works because the person taking sits up(in the standard variation) if they don’t sit up it’s literally impossible to complete the move. See Hardcore Holly vs Brock Lesnar for what happens when the person taking it doesn’t sit up. You guys have to remember they are working together
