Yes, a teacher that has the correct count. 123 456 not 123 123

Yes that would count the music correctly but lots of us cound cha cha in 4 beats vs 8 to keep things simple. There are so many ways to slice an onion that I don't know that there is one singe correct way. You first need to define the desired outcome then design a good way to get there. That's always the plight of the teacher. After 20+ years in the biz.... we're still growing. -B
