Pls talk to the c level and d level employees at lower levels of the govt. They are the ones who engage with the public on a day to day basis. Most of these civil service officers are out of touch with what's happening at the micro level. That's why impractical and sometimes senseless orders are issued from the top level.

I observed he addressed Veem as "tu" though Veem addressed him as "aap" and "sir" and though both are mature adults and working professionals (it's not like one is a 8th grader and the other is an officer) . In my opinion this is not correct. I did like the way the interviewee answered questions though - nice thoughtful answers.
