I'm working in MNC company in Gurgaon, 30% employees are kashmiri Muslims, we have lunch dinner together, We Indians don't treat them different. But when 26th Jan & 15th Aug celebrate, not even a single kashmiri participate in function. "Not Even A Single" That's their Mindset and Hatred towards India So, Atlast want to say. It's not about the selling or buying the land , many states in India have same provision under article 371 .. no other can buy land because of cultural invasion and demographic change . Yeah so why should even those people be allowed to buy or sell lands and properties in other states? Won't that be an injustice to the indigenous people of that state? Many people come to states like Maharashtra from various states in Mumbai, Pune and other cities and purchase properties. When an industry tries to set up a factory they see everything like acquisition of raw materials, transportation but it could never be a case with Kashmir. It's not about the selling or buying the land , many states in India have same provision under article 371 .. no other can buy land because of cultural invasion and demographic change . Like in shimla no one can buy land or in the northeast.. this time even in bangaluru Hindi speaking people face heat..
Yeah so why should even those people be allowed to buy or sell lands and properties in other states? Won't that be an injustice to the indigenous people of that state? Many people come to states like Maharashtra from various states in Mumbai, Pune and other cities and purchase properties.
