I tested the batteries on xtarvc8 and then on these zb2l3 and the values are close. I recommend these capacitors but it is good that the batteries are charged and discharged then measured again
You did'nt set the cutoff voltage. I have these and I found it keeps draining batteries after the test is done and ruined a few cells. Have to monitor it.
