I buy 12-25yr old from the Mars cheese factory in Kenosha Wisconsin. I find 12yr old is the absolute best, and the calcium crystals are amazing. 12yr old starts ro melt as soon as you put it in your mouth, it's like Crack for your taste buds ,just simply amazing. Aged cheese is like a tattoo, a good tattoo ain't cheap and a cheap tattoo ain't good !

Do you know how much was made in 1997? This is obviously a very finite quantity so once gone, it's gone. I'd be interested to know how many lbs are left? Or made originally..

I say no thanks I'm not eating cheese from the year I was born in 1997 I just eating cheese from 2011 in 2024 now 12 year old cheddar is old enough for me 😂😅
