I think it would be most healing for me because it's still very raw even though it's been 12 years since she's been gone. It would be so awesome if you did reverse covers of some famous love songs. Thank you for this version. My heart needed it just now. My dad passed in ‘03 just a few months prior to me getting married. As his youngest child, I couldn’t bear a full wedding without him walking me down the aisle. So my husband and I scraped everything and got married at the courthouse instead with family and friends as witnesses. I don’t regret it for the world. We’ve been happily married with 3 kids since. My dad’s birthday was just a few days ago and had I found this song on that day, it would’ve broke me like the day he died. It still broke me but not as bad! LOL. It truly is hard to see what used to be the strongest man you knew turn into someone almost like a child. He sometimes has a hard time telling the difference in what is a hallucination or reality and calls me in to help come back to what's real. He has good days and bad days, and right now he seems to be doing really well. Thank you!!!
