GrozZombie Transcendence Engine has been replaced with Awakened Trasncendence Engine in Irontech Forge and the droprate has been increased. Awakened Transcendence Engine now also drops from Ebondrake Lair. Awakened Transcendence Engine can be exchanged along with 10 Void Fragment for a Hexagonal Obsidian from Dragon Express NPC Hu Yangim in Celestial Basin.
you forgot to mention the PvP Garnet, the one variant that gives critical defense. to anyone new player who is reading this, don't forget to pick the Obsidian that matches your Class Element.

I'm pretty sure hepta gems from CB keys can't be upgraded/salvaged/traded just like hexas from CB vendor. Example: imgur.com/A3ayOEz Got it post-warden patch. They are still nice to get because you'll be farming CB anyway for badge (or badges depending on your class) and you should be able to pick at least 2 during that time. This way you can focus on upgrading diamond and aquamarine first.
@@justacommenter7743 You have to mail your gems to your other characters to use them. What I meant was, gems make your entire account stronger because they're not character bound, unlike your weapon, accessories, etc.
I would have loved to see this video 2 days ago, i wasted 50k peaches on random hexa boxes in hopes to upgrade them, after i bought tons of chests i realised you could not upgrade them, i sent a support ticket and they said they could not refund because of the ''random nature' ' of the boxes

Levi, I just wanted to mention that there are 2 different garnets. 1 is crit damage and the other is crit defense, so 1 is pve and 1 is pvp
Transcendence engine doesn't drop anymore,you can only get the awakened one (from both IF an EL) and get a hexa from the merchant
Wrong i was running IF yesteday and one Transcendence engine actually drop, someone give like 150g for it... i just pass

Gems are great because, unlike other upgrades in BnS, gems boost every character on your account.
