If I could be dining in Dawang’s Place right now, I’d be a happy camper! Greetings to all of my Ka Ilocanoan from Portugal! Thank you Chef Sandy and Metro for featuring once again authentic Ilocano dishes that’s closest to home and to the ilocano heart! Diyos ti agngina apo!
I’ve been all over the world, but honestly, nothing beats Filipino food. Thank you Sandy. Next time I’m in the Philippines, I will drive up to Ilocos Norte and find these recommended eateries. I had to hit the subscribe button!
"Pinili ...The first town after Ilocos Sur" Correction lang po sa sinabi ni Mr.Sandy Daza the gateway of the north and FIRST town of Ilocos Norte , for travellers coming from the South is the Municipality of Badoc not Pinili. Metro.style ,we Ilocanos deeply appreciate you for showcasing our mouth-watering dishes & delicacies but I hope that you should be precise and accurate with your information to not mislead your audience. Thanks and cheers🥂
You're one of my lodi Chef Sandy Daza 😊 Bakit ganun?🥺 My Mom is an Ilocana from Batac, I've been to Ilocos for few times pero di ko man lang natikman mga fineature nyo 😭 Kailangan makabalik ako at matikman, makita, mafeel ko lahat yan😁 God Willing!
hello sir sandy! i am from badoc, ilocos norte. the gateway of ilocos norte from the south. you should have stopped by our town and tasted our miki, or our traditional dish yusi. :)
Dawang's is my neighbor but for unknown reason, I haven't even set foot on its premises. I heard all positive comments about the eatery, but honestly, I haven't tried a single dish from there. That's something I am missing out, eh?
i love all the foods but what i really missed is the "Inbaliktad", not that i only miss the food but also i miss my father who passed away 6 years ago, he's the one who thought me about how to eat "Inbaliktd" and he has a different way how to cook which makes it better, i suppose.......hehehe.
