my guy did an high difficulty boss event with a lv. 265 boss while using a MAGE and SOLO?? seriously the whole thing was very cool, and also are you using an int>dex mage?
You will need 425 dex for guaranteed safety with triple qadals. My dex is only 250, so it's not guaranteed safe. However by experience I can cast three qadals 2 out of 3 times without getting penalized. On rare cases I can cast 4 qadals without penalty activated. It happened twice while recording xd

Depends, some have clear pattern(Like this bird) and some can just randomly screw you over like Guard Golem.
