What an incredible role model Mark Felix is. I've loved watching his strongman career. 💜💪
The G.O.A.T, certified legend and Demi-God. Him, Eddie and Brain Shaw are my favorites of all time. I remember feeling sad for Eddie when he won the strong man competition and no one congratulated him. He deserved praise.
Mark Felix really deserves a great deal more recognition than he receives. His career has spanned more decades than some of the competitors have been alive, and he’s such a warm and charming individual. A splendid role model and a true legend of the sport.
add to that .. he never got to see his full potential like thor and Brian and Eddie, because he still has a daytime job as a plasterer and could never just focus full time on strong man

EXERCICE A BANNIR ! On est désavantagé dans cet exercice quand on a des longs bras car les colonnes sont bien plus penchées et tirent beaucoup plus fort sur les mains. A la limite un gars de 1m50 avec des petits bras feraient que les colonnes restent à la verticale et n'aurait aucun effort à faire.
