I am going through the exact same thing the exact same thing as we speak I didn't sent them over 21 documents just to verify myself the thing I don't get is a keep asking for my account number and my routing number on the game it states that you have to put in your account and routing number so why are you guys asking for it when you can pull it from your game if it's not a scam then go pull it from your game and give me my winning my earnings off my own money..SMH

This sucks I feel this is going to happen to me. I just cashed out 100 bucks and I emailed them my id and bank statement for verification. I get an email back saying that it seems like my bank account number Is a member number and they need a bank statement. This makes no sense I sent the bank statement that shows my bank my info and bank account number. I trusted this site because it's a sister site to chumba and I have had no issues with chumba. I don't like luckyland i regret putting money into it and seems like Imma be at a loss of 100. If anyone wants to do online slots I would recommend chumba or pulzs.
