I was going to buy a ticket from them. So before doing that, I tried to get in touch with them on the phone, to see how the customer service works. I rang 3 or 4 numbers I found on-line and none are working, after I watched your video that I find very interesting and useful. Call me old fashion but I'm going to buy the same ticket directly from an airline company, that has a customer service phone number. Many thanks for the video!
