I don’t understand why we can’t use an assisted pull-up machine. I used to be able to do three pull-ups until I was 50, but now at 65 and weighing 60 pounds more, I’m still strong. However, pulling up that extra weight is impossible for me now.
@@OfficialBobbyMaximusThanks Bobby. I think I have bands that would work for this, but if not, it seems that you are suggesting simply doubling up on single arm dumbbell rows, right? Thanks again.
Pull ups. Rows and lay pullovers are great and feel good
Agreed. I like them.

I’d like to do this from home, but I do not have a lat pulldown machine. What’s a good substitute for that?
I’ve used a band for them before. Works well. Also bent rows with dumbbells are 💯

A "QR Chins Ladder" of 5 x 1,2,3 reps (for 30 total) or 3-5 x 1,2,3,4 reps (for 30-50 total) is a staple for me.
It’s a great one. I bet it’s developing your back…
@OfficialBobbyMaximus Helps me hold onto what I've got, stay healthy, & balance out the jiu-jitsu trauma!!

What about women back fat?
Diet will be the biggest factor. Get that straight and do these exercises.
I like the cable row for the back as well!
Cable row is a great one as well.
