+Valerie Yglecias It's easy to just make the same thing over and over. Set a goal to try one new recipe out a week! Whether it is mine or another one you found online. When you do that you'll start to get more creative and want to try new things more often!

It is really very good and pretty looking recipe. I have tried this and it was really good . However, my area did not have fresh raspberry so I used frozen blueberry instead, but the taste also very yummi. I love this recipe, thanks.

Yum that looks fabulous. What's the reasoning behind the egg white in with the cream cheese? Does it change the consistency of the cream cheese?
