Every person has a different body with different abilities. You may need to modify yoga postures based on your individual abilities. Herbal supplements from planet ayurveda like Giloy and Brahmi capsules are beneficial in improving immunity, health and well-being of a person.
I dont see that at all lets say im having and unpleasant dentist appointment the last thing that would make me happy is focusing on the present moment if it just pain
