I fell in love with Miami and Miami Beach during a visit. You are the first person I ever heard say it was affordable! Thanks for pointing out the different living options.
I love Miami Beach. We would have a long layover & would head to South Beach, pay $25 for a day pass at a small art deco hotel & just hang by the pool & beach. Sometimes we would go to Nikki Beach for which I just have such a soft spot. We bought in Hollywood now & even there you can walk everywhere which for us is huge. Florida is one big theme park for grown ups.
Detroiter here planning to move to Miami FL within the next year or two. Very excited! We only get about 3 months of summer here:/ Can’t wait to move to the sunshine state for year round summer!
Girl I hear ya! I live in Oregon(and actually love the rain lol) but ready for a more tropical change! I hope you make it there! Maybe make a video on your experience and let me know!
I loved South Florida since I went to art school in Fort Lauderdale. I just love the light and color of the area. It beats the grays of Connecticut. I hope someday I will move down for good. Enjoy your videos.
I'll add to the list: The bike share program. It's enormous and allows me to go everywhere I want to go in Miami Beach and Miami The Free Trolleys that run various loops around South Beach, Mid Beach and North Beach. The diversity of people and the International vibe. The access to Latin American cuisine is amazing. The enormous International festivals the come to town like ArtBasel, various film festvals, Food & Wine, etc. The free simulcast concerts and movie nights at The New World Symphony are something special!
I may move to Florida next year, and you made me fall in love with Miami beach, however, my only worry about it (and Florida in general) is how vulnerable it is to the effects of global warming and the rising seas (and I think you addressed that in one of your previous videos). It's the only thing that makes me hesitant about Florida.
That's pretty awesome! Yes it is a vulnerable area, more so than the rest of Florida, but it is really beautiful and if it ever is underwater, it will be nice to say one day that I used to live here 😊

Great video. I grew up for a small part of my childhood on Miami Beach... More so in the North Beach area. I started school over there, went to North Beach Elementary & South Pointe Elementary. A great time in my life. I'm thinking about going back because everytime I visit I miss it.
Very cool! Havent heard from too many people like yourself on this vid. Maybe you should come back, or maybe just visit a few months out of the year. Both of those schools are still here 👍
Thank you Michael for all your video,s, I enjoyed them all. Sailing from California to the East Coast I really liked Miami, we had our boat there several different times in the marina and loved it. Keep your video,s coming, great information always.
What you said about Miami Beach is 100% true! I visited many times the area with my family and friends and taken the Art Deco tours and swam many times at different spots of the beach at Miami Beach. In 1977 I went for the first time to Miami Beach at Ocean Drive and third street near the old pier that used to be on the beach and stayed at the many Art Deco hotels and visited Lincoln Road when South Beach was a community of Elderly Jewish retirees in the late 1970s and 80s. There are lots of things to see and do on Miami Beach.
Yes it is a very special and beautiful place. Sounds like you got to experience it back in the golden days. A lot has changed even since I've lived here in the past 13 years but it's still a wonderful place
@@MichaelBordenaro Yes indeed it is a wonderful place rich in history and culture. Miami Beach was put on the map by developer and promoter Carl Fisher when he started developing the area in 1914 and 1915 when Miami became a city in March of 1915.
Thank you Lior! You always have such nice things to say, and I appreciate you for that. Florida is not perfect, but overall it is a pretty great place to live. There many places in the world so much worse👌
Another great video Mike that Florida life is looking better and better can’t wait to get down there will be calling you soon May you and your girl be safe during this Covid crisis.👍✌️
Thank you Steve, glad you enjoyed it. It is actually very beautiful down here right now, despite the heat. The beach days solve that worry. Hopefully you'll get down soon. Thanks for the kind wishes and words😊
A guy I know in Pompano, told me Miami a better time to go to the beach was when the humidity + heat and “swamp azz” starts on Valentines and said I went during the worst time because snowbirds instead of locals are around between Christmas-New Year’s eve
Well we actually have a lot of tourist all winter long and it doesn't really get any warmer in February either. The temperature starts going up in the middle of March a few degrees and then by May it's pretty much hot again
@@MichaelBordenaro I forgot to add he replied to my question about why there weren’t that many stunning women in South Beach on New Year’s Eve. I’m comparing South Beach to Melrose Avenue in Hollywood and beaches in Los Angeles which to be fair have fewer pretty women compared to 20 years ago
Thanks! the beach-walk is great and you should definitely take advantage of it while you're here👌 I agree, the inspiration does fly under the radar, so glad I mentioned it!
World renowned people watcher 🤣🤣 love your videos man, especially Florida related because I plan on moving down there eventually. You got a regular, weekly viewer in me!
Your description of Miami Beach reminds me of when I first moved to Florida. I too chose Miami Beach for I couldn't imagine just putting myself somewhere in Miami when I had no job and no car. Where would I put myself? How would I know if I could walk to a grocery store so I don't starve? Miami Beach was very compact and multiple buses traversed the same Collins Avenue. This was back in the late 80s early 90s. I too lived in North Beach on 80th street. When I wasn't working I found myself in South Beach all the time for my own entertainment. I found the GREAT variety of people from myriad cultures I would interact with a great draw. It was still rather neighborhood-like. Friends who lived in South Beach used to tell me how it felt like a small community. Lincoln Road had a lot of independent boutique shops with interesting wares. It had become a little more commercial with chain retailers since. I've since purchased a house in North Miami Beach so I don't make it down to South Beach much any more. I do agree knowing the ocean was in walking distance was like a salvation. I didn't think I couldn't tolerate all of the concrete without that ocean.
To be like that and talk the way you explained you have to eat lots of vegetable and fruit that's why you are so smart I appreciate really your commence, thanks buddy
Haha funny you say that because I’m gonna be coming out with a video soon about what I actually eat. You might be surprised LOL. Thank you so much for watching😊
Michael Bordenaro ever been to a First Friday @ the ICA? Last year I ended up going to one while visiting and I loved it. They had good djs & a decent exhibit on that night. Who doesn’t love art and free wine, lol. 😆
Thank you Dan! It really is a beautiful place. Everywhere has its problems, but I focus on the positive and we do have plenty to be grateful for here in MB
Great video, that’s my neighborhood and I love it here. I moved from Miami to Miami Beach last year. Originally moved here from St. Louis and was considering Lo’s Angels, but I’m so happy I didn’t.
What a great place to live right? I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else in Miami besides the beach. LA is great in it’s own way but way more expensive than Miami
Thank you Michael for another informative video. I enjoy your videos so much your voice stays at the same pitch throughout. lol. You seem like you would be a great friend. I am retired and I wanted to know if you had any suggestions or input on senior living. I mean I know you are young but just a word of mouth in South Miami. Thank you an congrats on the 4001 subscribers
You’re welcome Evelyn really happy to hear you enjoy the videos😀. If you’re looking to live in a low cost senior community then your best bet will be 55 and older complex where the prices are consistently lower than regular condos.
I was working there as a waiter, In the Setai hotel (2008) damn I really missed that place. Maybe when my online business succeeds, I'll go there as a tourist.
Oh yeah, I know the Setai! Even though you're not here anymore, you sound like a very ambitious person, so when you do come back with a successful online business, you'll be able to enjoy all the fruits Miami Beach has to offer 😊
Yes, being out in San Diego is nice. But I do like Santa Monica beach boardwalk area to Venice Beach us a nice walk as well. Plus I do have family in L.A. But thank you again for your videos about Miami.
@Anthony Kolak In a lot of ways, I would say yes. Maybe not better, but certainly different. Its cheaper, less populated, more of a laid back atmosphere, more consistently cool weather. I like LA too though, because LA has places that no where else in the world has
Yes, I hear and agree everyone here about those Miami and California are greats. San Diego is a little bit calm. San Diego along their beach coastal nice. I also like L.A. coastal area. For me, I was glad I could go two both of those cool California cities. Then comparing those great cities in Miami. Haha. What I can say for me is that the really coastal line all the time summer weather cities bet us a little bit here in Chicago. Hahaha. I do family in LA and more friends in LA. For me it is hard to say which of the coastal cities would be better. Too hard for me to select one over the other.
@@MichaelBordenaro you enable dreams my friend. Your videos inspire me to do more. I would love to see a video where you show 1+ million $$$ houses/condo 😃 I just love to dream big!
Hey Good morning Michael . it's me Vinny. I wanted to catch you up on my buddy Dancin Dave the guy I think looks a bit like you? Anyway. I was just informed last week via text from him, Dave. He now is planning to move to South Florida but im not sure exactly where there. Maybe when he gets there and settled? I can make a trip there and have you two guys meet huh? It would also be an excuse for me to go there and see Florida myself and see some things that might be good for us old Italian guy's to take up... Like eating good foods. Sitting on a nice barista patio enjoying a nice cup of cappuccino then hitting the older type bar scene where a guy can enjoy a nice cocktail a cigar and nice jazz music? Anyway hope you are staying healthy and safe out there amid this covid stuff. Anyway I gotta run and take my mother to her doctors here. Have a great day. Ciao
Hey Vince, maybe one of these days I can meet you and your friend Dave, once all this virus crap is over. Not sure if the cocktail / jazz scene is really a thing here. I know there is a place that used to have that in midtown, but I doubt it now with the virus stuff (small cramped place). Wishing for normalcy to return, these all sound like fun times👌
@@MichaelBordenaro Hi there Michael . Thanks for the response and as far as the get together? That sounds great. As soon as I hear from Dancin ? Oh by the way his new nickname for me ? Is Eggplant where ever that came from is beyond me lol 😆 I think the poor guy has been out in the sun a bit to long... Lol 😆😆😆😂😂 Anyway when I have learned more as to what part of South Florida he lands I will let you know. I was also gonna give him your YT channel info but dancin doesn't do the tube thing but that's his bag . Anyway I will be in touch down the road . Stay healthy and safe down there. Ciao.
Michael,...My girlfriend and I from Maryland vacation often in Hollywood Beach,....and you can just make out the Miami skyline from there looking south. Though we won't be retiring in Florida for a variety of reasons we both enjoy your outstanding videos,....and it gives us more reasons to consider vacationing again in Fla. Btw,...I had to laugh(again)at your midwestern accent when at the start of your video you pronounce it 'FLOOR--i-da''
I remember are you saying that in previous comments also. That’s awesome you enjoy watching my videos anyhow. And I don’t think that accent is going anywhere LOL
cant wait to move on down to florida here in the next few years! the north sucks. ill take maybe a hurricane once or twice a season that might not come near florida over guaranteed snow and cold weather every year here in ohio.
Your video’s have been very helpful in my decision making, much appreciated. I’ve been debating moving to the Tampa area or Miami Beach. The high rise condos would be ideal, but feel that the HOA fee’s are ridiculous and can’t see myself paying $1200 per month in fee’s alone. That being said, I’m loving Coral Gables, prices are a bit on the high side, but totally worth it to me.
That’s great I’m really glad to hear that😊 Tampa is no doubt cheaper than Miami Beach for sure. But there are many condos here where the maintenance fee does not reach $1200 per month. That only happens in the more expensive and fancier buildings. Coral Gables is also very nice. Pricey like you said, but you get your moneys worth
Michael Bordenaro I plan on living like you, quality is important, so fancy/little expensive works for me. It will be my retirement home. The plan is for the next 3-5 yrs live in Florida from October thru February. I have rental properties in Vegas so I will maintain my primary residence here.
@@dirkpackwood6409 That sounds like a great idea, y ou will be here the best months out of the year, and paying a little extra is almost ALWAYS worth it😉
Really enjoy your videos and Miami Beach certainly sounds like an ideal place to live! How practical is it for somebody to commute from MB to Brickell during rush hour every day?
Awesome, glad to hear it! It depends on your tolerance for traffic. Sure, it is doable, but it will take 40-45 mins each way in rush hour from north beach where I live. If you live in south beach, it will be quicker, maybe 30 mins. With no traffic, normally the drive would be15-20 mins.
i think Miami beach is a winner but I wanna check out Delray beach/Deerfield beach areas and fort Lauderdale again before i make my decision. How simular is Miami beach to Delray beach or Deerfield beach? my guess is that they are more residential laid back bedroom type communities that are not walkable except maybe in expensive downtown areas etc
Beautiful video. What is your recommendation for ocean view apartment in Miami Beach ? Any building you do recommend and which building you live and how much the rent now ? Hope to meet you sometime when I move Thanks
Thanks Mosaab! My recommendation would be based mostly on your budget and lifestyle you are looking to have here. I live in north beach in a building called the sterling and I like it. Rents here are typically 2500/mo but usually not too much available. But if you like the party scene for example, then you would probably want to be in south beach. So it depends, let me know more, and I can give you some recommendations 😊
Hello from expensive So. Calif. I am planning my retirement there is So. Florida. I'm a Beach bum! you got beaches. Yes it is hot here in the summer, but in the winter? I am cold. Not Illinois cold! but Cali. cold. I will deal with the heat and humidity there by being at the beach or pool! and a cold beer, :) I have been looking at Sunny Isles! but I think I will take a look at N. Beach. Sounds really nice. See you on the beach.
I am enjoying your videos and am now reconsidering Florida for my future move even though I don’t tolerate high temperatures and humidity well. I need quiet, stars, & ocean but I have a fear of alligators and crocodiles. Is my fear irrational?
Well, heat and humidity are a fact of life here in FL, especially summer time. You can definitely get a place in a smaller quiet beach town in order to enjoy that type of tranquility. In general, the closer you are to the ocean, the less likely you will see an alligator as they need fresh water to survive. However, just one time, there was salt water crocodile spotted here in Miami Beach, but that happened 1 time in the 12 years I lived here. I wouldn't say it's irrational, more just unlikely it will ever be an issue for you👍
Thank you! Yes, you can bike on the boardwalk and the boardwalk starts at south pine park in sobe, and ends at 79th st at the north end. But parts in the middle are still closed to complete the entire project. But you can still go around on the street or the sidewalk for now
So I have a 4yrs old son and one more on the way. I love the idea of moving to Florida. The only thing making my wife second guessing this move, is how good are the school? I would love if you could make a video about that since you are a realtor and I am sure you have had this question before.
That is a good question, and I do get that a lot. However, one thing to keep in mind, I only work in real estate in Miami Beach, which is a pretty small area. So I can't really recommend a good school outside of this area. But, if want to move here, then I always suggest parents with kids move to Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands, which is right next to Miami Beach, and they have one of the best schools in all of south Florida.
miami was crazy the time i visited....beautiful area....btw i just imagined you in a white 80s suit like sonny crockett in miami vice walking down lincoln road lmao
How is playing guitar with your amp in your apartment? I'm moving to sunny isles soon and I'm worried that I will not be able to play with my amp unless the volume is very low.
I’ve never had a single complaint to be honest. However everyone’s interpretation of loud is different. I think it’s pretty loud because I’m standing right next to it. But maybe it’s not so loud for the neighbors I’m not really sure🤷♂️
To be honest, San Diego would literally be my #1 contender and first place I would consider moving to in CA. I love it there so much, probably even slightly more than Miami Beach, bc of the more mild weather. Other than that, I love both places dearly!!
SoFi is my favorite, but its also very pricey. A good alternative can be West Ave or Sunset Harbor. If I were to move to south beach it would be one of those areas.
Hey Gustavo I did a really cool video on that exact topic with a friend of mine a few months ago. Check it out it’s all about the dating scene in miami
Yeah I was sad to see it go as I did enjoy walking on it but it will be better for everyone once the pavers are done. They are saying this year, so hoping it will all be done soon!
Hey Michael nice little video. I always look at you guitar & amp. I'm a "classical guitarist" acoustic. Anyway still planning my move to Ft. Lauderdale w/ my cat. Looking at Studio options still, which other Florida youtubers have responded w/ great support. On hold till the "shutdown" thing calms down. Happy 4th 🎆🎆
Thanks David, yes I do play and as you can see from my gear, I am more into heavier stuff, Metallica, Alice in Chains and more. I like listening to classical music though, it can be soothing. Glad you are still planning on the move. Things aren't really shutdown here any more though. More restricted, than shutdown. Happy 4th to you too!!
It is a super video you mentioned all the things I love. I am European too and I want to move to Miami as well however I hope the situation will get better soon and the visa restrictions will ease up :)
@@xeniaeleftheriadou9175 So nice of both you to say that 😀 I am sure once the virus stuff settles down, the restrictions will ease up and you'll be able to make your way here👌
Hello michael, I have a weird question to ask. People tell me there are palmetto bugs every where in Florida. My biggest fear is waterbugs/roaches. Is this true?
It's not crazy, its a legit question. The answer is yes and no. They are are everywhere in nature, but they shouldn't be in your house. If are going to live in a house, you will probably want to have some type of proactive pest control in place and if you will live in a building, make sure this is something they do regularly if you are concerned about it. But in the building I live in for example, I have never seen even one roach here. But I know other buildings nearby, that do have them.
46 pet owners liked this video I did feel like Miami was pet friendly :) loved the doggy part. I'm in Hollywood and I do not believe it is pet friendly. My husband wants to go to Fort Lauderdale and I want to go back to Miami.
@@MichaelBordenaro Thanks for the reply, that’s great news. What area of Miami do you recommend for someone who wants to be close to the beach but not too crowded and busy, rent price between 1500 and 2k? Ps, love your videos, they keep me motivated to get out of my cold state soon. Cheers
@@MrCarguy427 You're welcome! I think north beach where I live would be ideal for you. Its dog friendly with a dog park, we have the boardwalk, not too crowded of an area, and its in your budget!. Glad I can keep you entertained during the cold 😀

Hey, thanks for the response, I live in the Caribbean, Trinidad and tobago, I would like to migrate, what would be a good reasonable rent for a single girl, like a studio apt, safe enough, I'm a personal trainer too, so I'm going to try and have clients and work around that environment, thx again 🤗🤗🤗
@@gigitooafoo1243 You're welcome! If you can afford $1300-1400 you can get a decent studio or 1 bedroom here in Miami Beach, and there places even less, but at least in this range you'll get something a bit nicer and safe. And this is a great place to be a personal trainer!
I am planning on moving there and I have a question. Do I strictly have to speak Spanish to make it around Miami Beach? I know in the rest of Miami you have to. But is it different in Miami Beach?
Well let me start off by saying there is no requirement to speak Spanish anywhere here. But if you do speak Spanish you'll be able to talk to more people since there are a good chunk of people here that don't speak English
@@Roareyknocks Not really. Some, but more portugeuse than spanish. I understand quite a bit, and I could learn it at this point if I wanted to. But its just something that is low priority for me
Hi Michael I'm Domenico I'm from Geelong Victoria Australia the most locked up country in the world ATM I'm strongly thinking of leaving Australia they have treated us like dogs . where in Miami would you recommend is a good starting point to get a house not to far away from the water and nightlife area I wouldn't mind 20min travel
That is terrible Domenico! It really will depend on your budget, but anywhere East of I-95 in Miami is not too far away from the water and there are different spots for night life like south beach, and downtown Miami.
I once lived in Pensacola. Florida in a 1990's modern apartment 🙌 building. I lived 15 minutes from the beach ⛱. Pensacola has crystal 🔮 clear white sand beaches 🏖 and clear ocean water 🌊. Hi, I'm from Chicago, Illinois~ Looking to relocate to Florida but with a pension of approx 4k a month can I do it and live comfortably? Also, I love the beach and an active lifestyle. I just sold just about everything and the last thing that needs to go is my house. I'm single, with a dog "frenchie" been considering buying a home since I am a veteran and I could use the VA loan benefits which qualify for either a home or condo. But I hate HOA because they can be costly! I reviewed your other video, the most affordable beach places to live too but I don't know the areas. I would like to walk on the beach, jog, do Brazilian Jiujitsu, ride my bike or motorcycle and just live life to the fullest and be happy in the process. Thanks!
Nice to hear from another fellow Illinoisan! I did reply to another comment you made similar to this one. I think its definitely doable to make the move and live comfortably on your salary. If you move to Miami Beach, it would need to be a condo, as the houses will be out of your budget, but you'll be able to live the lifestyle you described here for sure!
Thank you for this video! I never knew there is an LGBT flag on the Miami Beach sign. We currently live in Chicago (We love it!) However, winter is getting very old to us in general. We are considering Florida to at least visit to get a feel of it. Your video of Miami Beach sealed the deal for us for a visit for 2023. Thank you! *** I do not agree with your walking segment. I drive everywhere in Chicago and love it because I get to see different parts of the city and the areas. It might be more affordable than you think. Depends on what your budget and standard of living is. But in Miami Beach for example, and entry level studio can be had for about $1100/mo and up
Thanks for the informative video! Here's my short summary:
- walkable (maybe aside from Midbeach and north of Northbeach
- beautiful beaches (when they rake the seaweed)
- free events (music concerts, free movie night in Soutbeach)
- variety of neighborhoods: ocean living, in middle of nightlife, quiet places, cheap but near the beach etc.
- free workout equipment in the parks
- lots of dog parks; half the buildings allow pets
- boardwalk
- Miami Beach is 5-10F cooler than on the mainland thanks to the breeze
- one of the safest areas of Miami, esp. during the riffraff-files holiday weekends
- water everywhere: ocean, the Intercoastal, the bay
- inspiring to live near million-dollar real estate, and possibility to meet the owners
- people watching, esp. on Lincoln Road ("lots of interesting characters" :)

I'll add to the list:
The bike share program. It's enormous and allows me to go everywhere I want to go in Miami Beach and Miami
The Free Trolleys that run various loops around South Beach, Mid Beach and North Beach.
The diversity of people and the International vibe. The access to Latin American cuisine is amazing.
The enormous International festivals the come to town like ArtBasel, various film festvals, Food & Wine, etc. The free simulcast concerts and movie nights at The New World Symphony are something special!
All great points as well! Some of those, I really wanted to put in the video, but I didn't want it to be 20 mins long lol

You’re welcome Jim! So glad you enjoyed it😀
What you said about Miami Beach is 100% true!

Hot and humidity is not my cup of tea, but the beach is just so beautiful

Haha! You know it😉. That is awesome, so happy to hear that. Thank you for watching and I extatic you feel this way about the content ✌️
Glad we found the same love of Miami Beach😀
To be like that and talk the way you explained you have to eat lots of vegetable and fruit that's why you are so smart I appreciate really your commence, thanks buddy
Haha funny you say that because I’m gonna be coming out with a video soon about what I actually eat. You might be surprised LOL. Thank you so much for watching😊

What a great place to live right? I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else in Miami besides the beach. LA is great in it’s own way but way more expensive than Miami
Agreed, you get so much more for your money and the weather is not as bad as people think. The ocean breeze makes a huge difference.

I also love both of those areas in CA, very cool. Glad you are enjoying my videos about Miami too😊
Good. Yes nice cities.
You are welcome.

Everyone out here waiting for the Florida wildlife video
It’s on my list my friend👍

No I dont think so, Ft Lauderdale is more low key than Miami Beach. But I do like it there and they do have some nice parks and foliage as well👍
The traffic is crazy in Miami 😫
It sure is!
You were a model turned realtor. Easy to fall I love
Don't give up your day job Hahaha!😮
Your analysis of other towns compared to Miami Beach are pretty spot on. Not nearly as walkable, but less expensive and quieter.

I like your outlook and your attitude towards retirement Dave! See you on the beach 😄
Great video
Thanks a lot!!
I wouldn't say it's irrational, more just unlikely it will ever be an issue for you👍
Great video! I like to bike ride. Are you able to ride a bike on the boardwalk? Where does the boardwalk start and end? Thank you
Thank you! Yes, you can bike on the boardwalk and the boardwalk starts at south pine park in sobe, and ends at 79th st at the north end. But parts in the middle are still closed to complete the entire project. But you can still go around on the street or the sidewalk for now
This is the dream life 😍😍
I will just have to go ahead and agree with you😀
So I have a 4yrs old son and one more on the way.

Hey Michael, where would you recommend a single, straight guy to take a winter vacation? South Beach or Key West?
How do you like it compared to San Diego?
To be honest, San Diego would literally be my #1 contender and first place I would consider moving to in CA. I love it there so much, probably even slightly more than Miami Beach, bc of the more mild weather. Other than that, I love both places dearly!!
The pictures of you and your girlfriend in CA, what beach was that ?
That was Pacific Beach in San Diego close to the pier 👌

Hello michael, I have a weird question to ask. People tell me there are palmetto bugs every where in Florida. My biggest fear is waterbugs/roaches. Is this true?
It's not crazy, its a legit question. The answer is yes and no. They are are everywhere in nature, but they shouldn't be in your house. If are going to live in a house, you will probably want to have some type of proactive pest control in place and if you will live in a building, make sure this is something they do regularly if you are concerned about it. But in the building I live in for example, I have never seen even one roach here. But I know other buildings nearby, that do have them.

Outside work out 🥰
How much is your rent per month?
$2300 per month
Michael Bordenaro Wow that was fast...thanks man. I really all you’re doing!
appreciate*
@@pieceoflintifoundonthefloo554 No problem
@@pieceoflintifoundonthefloo554 You're welcome! I really try to stay on top of new comments, especially on new videos👌
Is it safe to walk at night if you are a woman? South Beach
We take a drive each Friday night to get out just to see the beautiful landscape at night in the car! Just an little comment!
I wish I could afford to live in Miami
It might be more affordable than you think. Depends on what your budget and standard of living is. But in Miami Beach for example, and entry level studio can be had for about $1100/mo and up
@@MichaelBordenaro unless I make over $60k a year, I'm staying in Seattle
@@Bigpitbull509 Fair enough, just pointing out that it can be affordable
@@MichaelBordenaro I rather live comfortable than live pay check to pay check
@@Bigpitbull509 Totally agree
I'll take the sugar sand beaches of west coast anytime over Miami
