I've been living in lake elsinore for four years now and I've seen both the good and the badside of rhe city. I live on the northside of the city near Amberhill and i love my community. All my neighbors are very nice. There are no HOAs and its not gated. We also don't have homelesss people wandering into our area becauwe everybody's house is well kept ( mine is the worst). It gets really hot during a few weeks in summer around noon but there would be a cool breeze coming by around 5pm that cools down the area and until the next day. For sure the east side of the lake is to not a great place because of the old houses and lack of new house development. Also, the heat from the mountain reflects back onto the homes in that area making it much more hot than usual.
I lived here in rhe early 90s till the 2000s and it looks the same the build around the city never fix or update the old communitys some streets have pot holes like the size of a sink they only ever show the new housing tracks look at the bird track the presidental track around the actual lake are just beat up. Not to mention the drug issues half of my friends I went to school are dead or burnt out its sad. But I have a bunch of memories I will always hold close to me. RIP to all of my friends and the kids who got Lost to this City.
They’re doing some good things in certain parts of Lake Elsinore. I’m not sure it will grow to the capacity as a Menifee, Murrieta & Temecula though. There’s definitely some nice neighborhoods in there, but as far as expanding, there’s more land in the other areas.
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal yeah, I feel that the only advantage of Lake Elsinore is the close proximity of the 15 freeway. All these other city will boom and leave Elsinore behind since Elsinore is already developed as much as they can, housing wise. Menifee is newer and more affordable. The only con is the distance
There are a few new communities being built on the north side of the lake along the 15. www.showingnew.com/mike-debelak/communities/california/riverside-san-bernardino/city-lake-elsinore

I agree! We’ve had great experiences in Lake Elsinore. My daughter and son have both had sports that way! Some really nice newer homes over there too!
Thanks for the video, great insights!

Wanna know what it feels like to be in a Mad Max movie anyway? Move to Lake Elsinore and you'll see what I mean!!!
I’m not sure what you mean, so I guess I have a movie to watch 🤣
Although it doesn’t seem to have the best rate in Riverside County I think this city will become one of the major places on I 15
What do you think?
100% agree
Tons of new builds there that I am going to be filming over the next few weeks and months.
It’s miserably hot, that’s what it’s like to live in Elsinore.
What lands prices starting from 2k sq ft . ?
Are you asking for just a 2k sq ft lot? Or 2k sq ft house?
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal lot
@@EARTHKEENING $6k-50k right now. Pretty wide range
Do you think this city will boom and develop like Murrieta, Temecula? even Menifee which is new very new is already surpassing lake Elsinore.

@@eazypeazy7743 ya… Menifee is cool, but pretty far from the 15.

Elsinore is growing a ton
I Lived in Lake Elsinore before really just rude people worst city I Lived in
Every city is going to have some bad apples. Overall, my experience is that people out this way are more friendly than other places I’ve lived.
Heard it’s a lot of trash out there.
Every city has its spots 😆
Skip
That place is a shit hole
I just bought an parcel there just in case when i get older
Nice! I eventually want to buy some land and build a compound out this way!
