I dealt wit the same issues as Steve growing up. I’m a stutterer and still stutter. I’m 35 now. I had some teachers that were courteous of my stutter but there were some that weren’t as nice about it. I was viewed as stupid by a lot of people even in college. Lol some days were tougher than others. Its something you don’t completely get over but it hasn’t stopped me from living my life.
I had some teachers that would be visibly trying to hold their laughter while the other kids laughed at me. I had one teacher who ALWAYS called on me to read long passages aloud, like she got off on it. Im 46 and still stuttering. Some days are better than others but I hate that I stutter
Wow, it''s a strong reminder that simply slowing down can and does make the difference! It's easy to over complicate the path to smoother speech! I'll make an effort with that from NOW on, thank you very much for sharing!🙏🏽
Slowing down or "slow start" (a technique taught in speech therapy) never really worked for me. I just stutter slower lol. I can't figure out a way around it.
I thankfully stopped stuttering thanks to Lee Lovetts’ “How to Stop Stuttering & Love Speaking.” His book and program alone fixed my speech but more importantly my mental sanity.
@@selmamedjahed1449 I don’t know the exact price because there always having deals, but I can honestly say I wish I spent money on his program then speech therapy because I wasted $1K for many months and saw no improvement while his program I saw improvement after 2-3 months. But yeah Google “WSSA Lee Lovett” and the website should come up.
I own that book and it's amazing! The main issue for me though is being hyperfixated on stopping stuttering and diving into the book for HOURS a day. I feel like that makes me stutter more because I'm always thinking about stuttering. And sometimes I get vocal tics and facial tics and that's irritating too. Have you had the same issues before?
What the teacher said works for some but crushes more dreams. Teachers often don’t want to be teacher at a point in their career but can’t do anything else cause of having lost their dreams so they crush the dreams of the students they supposed to ‘educe’ which means to bring out and is the root word for education.
I CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT THIS WILL WORK FOR EVERYONE BUT I ONCE HAD THIS AND THE MEDICINE BUSPIRONE WAS GREATLY EFFECTIVE IN TREATING IT AND I THINK THAT IT'S A GREATLY UNDERRATED MEDICINE AND IF ANYONE HAS THIS PROBLEM THEN I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD TALK TO THEIR DOCTOR AND SEE IF THEIR DOCTOR WILL WRITE THEM A PRESCRIPTION FOR IT!!!

A teacher’s main job is to break down barriers for their students and INSPIRE them to be greater than what they already are!!!!

Lee Lovett is a scammer. This @abolacadernos7164 is his paid shill. Do not fall in his trap.
