I think the pattern has to be a bit more structured because the psychiatrist needs to be able to narrow down the possibilities especially since it is limited to 5 minutes.

Just a suggestion, I’ve watched JKParty playing Psychiatrist, and to make it easier for the Psychiatrist to stay on track, if the group did or say something that’s out of the symptom, another person in the group (who noticed this mistake) would say “Psychiatrist”, and switch seats with the person who did the mistake. This way the Psychiatrist can remove the last statement/action from the list of things he/she are considering to be the symptom. I’m not sure if my explanation is good enough, but maybe you should try watching their video so that it’s clearer!

I loved the video guys just i used to play this all the time in a theater class i took and thought that you may want to know some things in case you ever play it again!
