🔴Did you like the project with or without the vein I added with a paint stick?👈
Loved it 🔥💯💥👌
Love it with the vein.
I’d like it with a more subtle vein, but I like the vein.
Vein is nice but maybe a little too wide
With the vain it's more realistic..it's w
Awesome
I thought my son was crazy when he told me about this and that he could do it himself. Well shame on me for not trusting him. We like nice things but are poor. Lol. We are getting the products a little at a time. I'll post pictures when we do it. I can't wait. Thanks so much for your videos. Some people wouldn't show in a step by step video how to do it. You're a good man and a blessing to many. God bless you!

Hi i live in South Africa How can i get to buy your products or do youl have stores in South Africa.
Brother, I need to tell you a couple of things.
1. I love your enthusiasm
(Seeing your excitement makes me wanna have some fun too. It's contagious)
2. I love the fact that you explain the steps
(I bet you are a great Dad. My mentor was very patient with me. And of course he is one of the best Dad's out there)
3. You are an artist extraordinaire
I have done custom textures throughout California. I was given the concept and I ran with it.
4. Thank you for showing us how to expand on our artistic gift.
Love what you do,
Sometimes I like to see people smile so if all my bills are paid, I'm having fun.
Thank you, THANK you, thank you for showing me yet another venue of what an artist can do.
This is the greatest comment I've received on one of my videos! Thank you very much @Matthew Anders
Great Comment!
You forgot step 5 but I understand it is personal. here it is:
5. I would like to propose to you. Will you marry me?
Awesome comment ❤❤❤
You guys are amazing! Any video I make I will be sure to use stone coat epoxy. You make it seem so simple and easy. I’ve seen 100 videos of people trying to turn you away because of the cost of material but you spent $200 and made a $1000 countertop. Thank you for the inspiration and advice you guys are the best!
LOVE THE VEIN!!!! I've been watching all kinds of videos getting inspiration for my project. I'm currently shopping on your site and came to YT to research a little more. So happy you posted this because it is exactly what I want to do and happy to be supporting a local Oregonian!! We are going expoxy crazy and doing our shower walls, laundry countertops, and kitchen countertops. We are going to have some fun with colors in the shower. Your videos are extremely helpful with steps, troubleshooting, and giving me confidence! THANK YOU!
I've ordered everything and i'm so excited to do the exact same thing! Hoping to get everything done by next weekend! Love you guys!
Did this exact recipe over a laminate countertop in a house we just sold last year. Easy to do. Elegant and classic look/durability without the cost of natural stone. Definitely a fan of the vein. Might have even exotic poured it with some pewter, black and silver metallics. Nice work Mitch.
That's a great comment and good idea on the exotic pour vein, I almost did that on this video! Great idea!
Love the metallic blend in the vein
LOVE THE VEIN and the dimensions added by the silver.
Man, you did an absolutely great job, one of the best videos and easy to follow for countertop pours
Loved both the before and after, but I must say the vein did improve the look thx for the continued video tutorials.
This looked great both ways! Without the vein was more subtle, but that vein is dramatic and stunning!
I love your calm approach to this demonstration . Your a great teacher.
Glad you enjoyed it! Don't forget to subscribe so you can be notified when we drop more amazing content! -Nathan
A...I LOVE the vein and the entire project. Thank you for showing how easy, and forgiving it is

Definitely needed the vein to be complete!! So nice save!
Wow!!! You make it look so easy! Gonna have to try this! Beautiful!!
Love it with the vein!👌I'm planning on doing that to my kitchen countertop.
Definitely LOVE it with the vein!
I am so glad I stumbled upon your channel. I am loving how informative you guys are and how incurring you are to get started on some new counter tops without breaking the bank. Your products are DIYers new best friend.
Thank you 💗
"how incurring you are..."
Sorry, but what does that mean?
Love the silver in the vein. Ordered the Carrera marble kit the other day. Can't wait to get started!
That's great! We would love to see how your project turns out on our Facebook group Stone Coat Countertops insiders! -Nathan
A. I definitely think the more defined vein from the paint sticks made your piece look more realistic. If you want to create veins that truly compete with nature, splinter the main vein either at the top or the bottom, or both…kind of like lightening strikes (they usually have either a right side up “y”, or an upside down “y” in addition to the thicker bolt of electricity). Then the heat gun aimed at just the edges and sweeping outwards (from a bit higher above) would diffuse any hard lines. Perfection!
Great tip!
I’m amazed. GORGEOUS!
I absolutely love the veins!! You are so good at explaining every detail
Stunning either way!
Loved the vein,all of it.
Love the vein. Hope mine will turn out this beautiful. Ordered my kit

I love both ways and I'm going to give it a try next week. I will record my process and tag you all on it.. pray it goes well lol
Awesome! Thank you and remember...You got this! -Nathan
Absolutely A. This is beautiful 😍
A. Love the vein. These videos are so helpful. You guys are awesome.
Looking forward to making my mini bar counter top with this!
I've been watching your videos for a few years now, and last weekend we finally decided to go ahead and give it a try. Followed this tutorial for some TV tray tops (practicing for a larger project) and they look GORGEOUS! Now I'm confident that we can do our bigger project when the time comes .... we plan to replace our kitchen backsplash with this exact design. Thanks so much for all of your videos!
The only problem we ran into is one of our dog hairs decided to land on one of them while they were drying ... do you have a video on how to sand it out without adding another coat of epoxy? We did it in a non-dog room but it's impossible to keep all the tiny hairs away, and adding another coat would increase the odds of it happening again.
That looks awesome
A. THE VEIN!!! I really think you added value to the piece with the vein.
I really enjoyed the video and loved the added vein.
Flawless and gorgeous!! Always a fan of the little details!!
Thanks ATD!
ATD always hoping on that 1st comment!!!!!

A. The veining was beautiful!
The Quists are the bomb!!
Looks killer both ways! I want to play!
I love the vein and thinking about doing the same even though I love the orange one behind you!!!!
Add some orange and browns to your vein and you'll be in business. That's a unique aspect of epoxy, you can customize it right to your style, have you been able to work with epoxy on a project yet?
C ! I love it before & after!
Thanks for voting!
You killed it man!!!
The vein looks cool, but I prefer it better without the vein. This is great! Thanks for the How To!
I knew how to do this back in the late 80's with my uncle in his garage..we used to work in rich neighborhoods and install islands and tables to the gringos
Mansions 😀👍🤑
Beautiful. Thanks.
Our pleasure! We hope you will give our epoxy a try in the future! -Nathan
I love this one
That was awesome 👏
I love it with the vein!!!!
We do too! -Nathan
Love this! My question is, to protect this, what would you recommend people use after creating that marble effect, but to keep it looking like shiny marble.
Looks awesome, love the vein!
I probably should have added one more color to the vein, whacha think?
Love this so awesome ❤❤❤
Love it!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Beautiful
I love it!
I like it both ways.

You Got This! Give it a try on a couple sample boards. It will help get familiar with the product and techniques😊💪
You are awsome. Love it.
Hey thanks a bunch @Lisa Paine! Happy you enjoyed the video, this stuff really is very simple to work with
I would have liked a more subtle vein but it is beautiful!! can you do one , white carrera with subtle gold veining?
Yes yes yes All day on this project. This is the one I'm going to do. Can you do this same project with tan and white background?
Looks awesome. Question. What do you do to the bottom of the piece? If you look at the edges, there is epoxy dripping off, and my guess is that you need to clear those drips, so do you simply scrape them off? Just curious thanks!
Both were great before and after the vain
After vein is absolutely beautiful
Glad you think so! Thanks for watching! -Nathan
Oh gosh you made me want to renovate my bathroom lol. Can you use any spray paint to do the vein or is this specifically for epoxy?
