    Have now used this to clean house siding and it performed well ruclips.net/user/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX I also bought some wand extensions which enabled higher washing without needing a ladder. I recommend both. This unit arrived quickly, was easy to assemble (only had to attach the handle), and arrived in perfect condition. The only very slight downgrade from a perfect score is the design has a low handle and requires pulling from the side. My old washer was an upright model, while this one is more horizontal. Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. It has a great deal of pressure and more easily cleaned the house siding, porch rails and concrete than did my older model. The engine is a bit louder, as well, but the total time to clean was reduced by the more powerful spray. Did I mention it starts on the first or second pull every time?!! I am definitely happy with this model.

    Hi. A couple of pointers for surface cleaning.
    First
    Make sure you wet down all grass and plant prior.
    Spray down area your cleaning throughly . This will help with clogging up machine and tip replacment
    Post treat area, I use a SH solution.
    Do sections and rinse them than go to next section Going back and forth than side by side.this will help with stripping issues.
    This will keep from dirt dring back onto surface.
    Rise area complete
    post treat area
    Than do another rinse of grass area
    Good luck with your business go get em

    If you dont want those stripes do a pre treatment or post treatment or maybe even both, dilute chlorine with water till you get a 4% mixture, then just spray it all over the driveways before and after. Makes it look whiter too

    Hi Ethan I know your just getting started and that’s AWESOME 😎. Right now RUclips is your best friend and if I could make a suggestion put all of your PW equipment away for at least a week. Then watch every video out there on surface cleaning check out Pre snd post treatment using BLEACH and learn how to mix how much bleach with water surfactant or soap.
    Surfactant is what we use to help the bleach dwell on what ever your going to clean. I’ve cleaned for about 7 years but this was 30 plus years ago snd a lot has changed so for the past two weeks I’ve been watching so many videos because so much has changed. Your surface cleaner might work better but go slow and even and use bleach before and after. Let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes before you pressure wash and then a lot of the super cleaners have suggested that post treatment is spray and go.
    I hope this helps and I certainly appreciate what your wanting to do. I think it’s great.
    Have a great summer and if your focus is on surface cleaning then the GPM is more important than the PSI. If you can get a 4000 psi and at least 4 or 5 gpm that would be perfect. If you want I can suggest a few RUclips channels to follow if you want to learn from the best. Oh snd that’s not me by any means. 😬
    Best of luck oh and get a .com too

    You get a lot of streaking because of how you clean. If you do a couple of passes the streaks are minimal. I have 2 cleaners the 15" Karcher and a 20" 4-wheeled and they both are great. Used Karcher for many cleaners and still like it. I got the wheel because I wanted more coverage and a faster outcome.

    Supposedly pretreatment and post treatment are the key to not having as noticeable overlap lines.

    • @helsonly722
      @helsonly722 Год назад +1

      those lines are not caused by overlap. its caused by running a overpowered pressure washer. Since the surface cleaner is rated lower than the pressure washer it caused higher pressure at the jets. scoring the concrete.

    I'm not sure if you made mention or not in your video, but is one better than the other with respect to leaving stripes in normal operation? I assume all surface cleaners leave stripes, at least the two I've owned before do, so I'm hesitant to buy either one even though they appear to be about as good as you get out there. Striping aside, which cleaner do you feel cleaned best and easier to use...sounds like Twinkle Star? THanks and good luck with the biz!

    • @1obis6
      @1obis6  2 года назад +1

      So it's all about your pressure washer. The twinkle star is better for me because my pressure washer is very high powered. The Karcher couldn't handle my gpi and so it pushed out too much water too fast and scored the concrete. The twinkle star leave a different streak which is just left over dirt if you go to fast. So The twinkle star is better. Just make sure that your washer's gpi is less that the machine can handle.

      @@1obis6 Thanks Ethan, so the Karcher states 3200 psi, and the Twinkle Star 4000 psi. I have a 3000 psi unit, what is yours again? All things being equal, do you think the Twinkle Star overall cleans better and leaves fewer noticeable 'lines'? Also, per one of the other posts, have you experimented with any type of cleaner or clorox pre or post pressure washing a driveway?

    • @1obis6
      @1obis6  2 года назад +1
