Not locked in a cage having to wait until their keepers decide they should eat instead of eating whenever they are hungry. Wild animals should never have to depend on humans for food and shelter, they deserve to be running free just the same as you and me! How would you like to be locked up in a cage 24-7??
@@beccac6451 no of course not and I never said anything about them liking to be in a cage good lord that would be wrong in fact I hate people who put them in a cage especially orangutans there my favorite I love them especially when there baby's there little faces are so cute and there so funny..now what I am saying is there are some animals and I was at first referring to orangutans so I'll keep the focus yes there are some who would rather be with humans and I'm talk about humans who have lots of land where they can live and be free to do what they want and no other animals would live there except orangutans and other Apes except chimps because chimps can turn at the drop of a dime I love them to but wouldn't want one so yes a place like I'm talking about rather then the actual wild yep I do believe they would be happy and not want to leave

I firmly believe ALL wild animals should be free to live in the wild where they are meant to be. Orangutans are also one of my favorites. And seeing them locked in cages breaks my heart. So anytime I see one that is heading back into the wild it really makes me happy. Orangutans don't really have any predators to deal with. As for Chimps. they are my least favorite ape. They are mean and probably the most untrustworthy ape in the world. After seeing what Travis the Chimp did to that pore woman Charla Nash I would never suggest anyone keep a chimp. About as dumb as you can do is own one. Especially since they love meat. Orangutans don't eat meat so they are not as violent to humans as chimps are. But regardless they all deserve to be free and wild. Have you ever watched Monkey world? Its a great show about rescuing and rehabilitating primates. They save monkeys and apes that are pets and or used for photographers props. Some came in so abused and drugged up, with broken bones and their teeth knocked out. Alison and her teams rescues them and gives them the best life as they can possible have as captive animals. Sadly those can never be released back into the wild but at least they have a great life.
I wonder if once released into the wild, that these Orangutans will construct their own social groups and be much more social than their wild counterparts.
