Excellent presentation of facts and opinions. Just picked mine up yesterday and I love it. My only two things on the wish list for it would’ve been that third magazine and a left handed holster. Doing research but it’s so new I’m not sure what to do. Thanks guys nice presentation

Nice look at Canik pistols. I have Mete SF (wife's gun), SFT & SFx models. Been waiting 4 months for my Rival S Darkside to arrive. I installed Canik reduced power recoil spring on all Mete pistols. Only problem with Mete series is that aftermarket plates are required in order to install RMR optic. Factory setup is for RMSc, which work great. But. now that I've tried both, I can report my old eyes prefer the larger RMR. Can you guys do anything about the Rival S supply chain?

I assume the compensator makes the gun dirtier? Have you found that to be the case?
A little bit but not too bad.
You can't do a full Canik review without including the Rival S. I have a few Caniks and without a doubt the Rival S wins hands down. Only thing is because of the weight, this is definitely a competition pistol.

It's a sweet piece of equipment but the price gouging taking place with it right now is a huge turn off.
That reason alone will keep me away from it.
If i want to drop 1500 I think I will be looking at a sig axg legion or a shadow 2.
Believe it or not thru central arms these were almost half that price

I would feel better seeing 1300 MSRP and knowing that canik is taking home the $.
All these companies thinking they can flip one for a grand profit is sickening.
I won't take part in aiding such behavior.
@AlexanderRacing358 Nah, there are no shortcuts. There were a few places that sold it low early on for pre-sale but that's about it.
Century arms doesn't sell the weapons, they only have listed distributors on their site.
They only sell parts, not the full firearms. You saw their MSRP price on their site and just assumed you could buy it for that price. I can assure you that this is not the case and never was.
