Imagine how magnificent Ashley has to be when Beyoncé, the most perfectionist artist out there, trusts her as her dance captain. I've been to two Beyoncé's shows and I can assure you it is a life experience and of course none of that could be possible without the unbelievable work the dance team does. I can only say thank you for you excellence.
I don't mean to crap all over your Beyoncé praise and worship service... live your best life to the fullest. However, that's not a Beyoncé decision. A Dance Captain isn't as glamorous as you'd believe it to be. Beyoncé doesn't go "I trust YOU to be my dance captain!" and waves a wand to make it so. That decision is made by the creative director and/or choreographer, since it's a role to help service their particular needs when it comes to communicating with the dancers.
Ashley Everett is such a beauty. For such a dynamic performer, she seems really chill.
Ashley S. favors Robin Givens. I love both of the Ashley’s! I wish them the best and lots of success in life. They deserve it. Can’t lie I watch Beyoncé performances just to see them and the other dancers. I told my friend, “If Ashley Everett isn’t performing with Beyoncé I don’t want to go see Beyoncé.” 😭
Oh and ANTI World Tour was 🔥 LIT. I can’t explain it. And then I saw Formation World Tour a couple of months later and was literally mesmerized. Different flavors but both shows were hella entertaining.

I can only imagine the relief and assurance that artists like Beyonce and Rihanna must feel to know they have mega-talented, superstar dancers like these two supporting them during their shows!!! I love what you were saying about dancers being athletes. I agree and have high respect for the commitment and dedication it takes for dancers to keep the kind of grueling, body taxing, mind numbing, but overwhelmingly rewarding schedule that they do! Thanks again for these interviews. They are wonderful!

Dancers don't get endorsements etc. because their success is difficult to quantify. There are no races you can either win or lose when you're Beyoncé's dance captain. The job is also voiceless by its very nature: you just aren't supposed to speak doing it. There are no interviews at the finish line. So you never get to actually tell people who you are, beyond showing slivers of personality on top of a choreography written (usually) by someone else.

Dancers probably aren’t getting endorsements because their role is usually supportive. So unless they work with brands specifically aimed at a target audience of people who are invested enough in dance to know certain dancers by name, there isn’t much to endorse in terms of attaching someone’s brand to a big Nike campaign. That’s not to say dancers aren’t athletes, they’re just not as marketable. Although Nike did have that ad with Sofia Boutella about a decade ago, that one was very dope and kind of did shine a light on dancers as athletes.

I feel like it's a easy job least you can keep your weight down. and if you are upset or Easley to get frustrated. you have a great strategy to have a outlet. to free whatever on your mind. and most important part if this is your dream this is your everything 😁 (this what I think, i'm not sure how rest of the world feel)
