@@features1582 it's not unfair at all. Bucky has a violent and criminal past that relied upon him being brainwashed. He has not shown to the general public, for a long enough time, that his brainwashing is no longer a factor. Sam has an all-time clean record, phenomenal character and great disposition. Sam is the better choice in grounded storytelling.

I think it was a very (wise decision) for Steve Rogers to pass the shield on to Sam Wilson. He DESERVES it, and even Bucky thought so in TFATWS. 👍💖☺👏👏
