What almond flour do you use? Also do you not need to flour the raspberrys first before putting them in the batter?
Hi Savanna, I use Blue Diamond brand almond flour from Sam's Club. It's 'Finely sifted and made with high-quality blanched almonds'. And no, you do not need to flour raspberries first. I used frozen raspberries and they do not sink. Plus, I like to chop them down so they are in smaller pieces so I get more of them in each bite :)
