They look different in color to American beef burgers.. also why not put the cheese on the burger before you prepare it so the residual heat from the top can melt it? Is it common place for Japanese to not want melted cheese on their burgers or? Genuinely curious. Great video!
11:14 - You can tell they're using at least a 70/30 beef mixture with the hamburger patties based on how they shrunk after cooking. I lived in Japan for several years and wasn't a fan of their style of 'hamburgers'. They taste very different from American burgers, (to me at least) they had more of 'breakfast' flavor to them.

糸島バーガーっの店主って前は居酒屋(四季彩)の人なんかな？四季彩って調べたら糸島バーガーが出てくるんだよなー。四季彩の生ハムのグラタン好きだったのに残念だなー😭地元糸島だけど今度糸島行く時ハンバーガー食べてみようかな？
