✎ Owned by Trimble Inc., the program is currently available as a web-based application, SketchUp Free, and three paid subscriptions, SketchUp Go, SketchUp Pro, and SketchUp Studio, each with increasing functionality.
✎ SketchUp Go is a version written specifically for the iPad. SketchUp Go features nearly all the functionality of its Windows and Mac OSX counterparts, but with a new user interface that has been optimized for touch and the Apple Pencil.

when i try to copy the cabinets lines, it doesnt draw the line within the rectangle box and when i try to off set them, it doesnt let me off set each cabinet door. How can i solve this??

I think computer modeling would be better. SketchUp desktop software gives you more modeling tools. However, drawing on the iPad will give you a very interesting experience.
@@NCADStudio I am a civil engineering student. The laptop I use now is about 4 years old and it is very inadequate for sketchup. I'm stuck between ipad air m1 and macbook air m1. Ipad might be easier for lecture notes. lightweight and portable. In the coming years, my laptop will get old. We also do sketchup work. What is your opinion, I am very confused.
@@ilyailyicoblomov I think you should buy a laptop. The iPad has not yet been able to completely replace the laptop. You will realize this when you need to use many different programs to complete your graduation thesis, which the iPad cannot do. Moreover, today's laptops are not much heavier than iPads. You can absolutely buy a cheaper tablet for lecture notes.

@@NCADStudio thank you. I bought an ipad air and am using it. It was very helpful in solving the test. Sketchup works fine too. The only problem is the charging problem while watching movies. I also do it on my computer. I would say that the iPad is like something designed for students.

Currently, SketchUp Go only has an iPad version. Tablets using Android and Windows operating systems are not yet available.
