I just can't stop listening to Chen. Actually he sounds the same, with or without music. His voice just echoes. The way he compresses his voice to add power to every lyrics is fantastic. That way, he interprets the message of the song perfectly. His falsettos are so clean. He's an expert to it.

After he did the reveal, I immediately realized I'd seen him on another music show! He & Baekyun sang together on "Immortal Songs 2" they were only about a year out of debut. They were stunning! He(& Baekyun) took me to Exo. I like 2nd Gen most but they are abt very beginning of 3rd. (Depending on the dif time)I've been a fan a few months. But, definitely check out "Stain"! Thank you Justin for reacting to our vocal KING Chen!! Just like you said the dynamics are just so beautiful how he switches quickly from being powerful to soft it gives it much more life! Chen's songs always never fail to impress me eventhough he sings in a different language he conveys all the emotions with his voice. A couple of years ago he went on a show called "King of Masked Singer" where singers participate in a singing competition with a mask on and the judges judge them just based on their vocals while at the same time try to guess who's singing. He sang a song that has a very wide range from high to low and I'm really interested on how you'd analyze it (He actually won every round except for the last one where he faces off the King he was so close though, this was even in his early debut days Imagine how he has improved now!) Chen's songs always never fail to impress me eventhough he sings in a different language he conveys all the emotions with his voice.
A couple of years ago he went on a show called "King of Masked Singer" where singers participate in a singing competition with a mask on and the judges judge them just based on their vocals while at the same time try to guess who's singing. He sang a song that has a very wide range from high to low and I'm really interested on how you'd analyze it (He actually won every round except for the last one where he faces off the King he was so close though, this was even in his early debut days Imagine how he has improved now!)
