Well he is perfect and vocal coaches have the talent to find other superior talents. Love D.O.’s whole being. His voice is really different from the crowd i learn’t about EXO through their live in japan on song Monster and when i heard D.O. I was mesmerised by him. My second fav. Is Chanyeol even though he is a rapper his singing voice is also good.

I notice this too.
A very good vocal coach will not be blinded by high notes only..i noticed every EXO vocal video, the amounts of kyungsoo there is too little, bcz THAT video focus on high notes only, which is not his best forte..but what i notice, even ksoo got too little parts, he got the most reaction by vocal coaches, bcz he just used his real voice, i mean just him singing without much efforts bcz he's already have the voice to attract people...

Lol that's how a non kpop fan reacts. When I was still a non kpop fan. I also think that 5 members are too many but now, numbers doesn't matter anymore 😂

12:45 You might not notice but in K-Pop group, each member has different role like Main vocal, Lead vocal, Main rapper, Main dancer, etc., so in EXO it's not weird if you see 3-4 members aren't really singing and just dancing or playing guitar in this acoustic session of their concert because they aren't the Main and Lead Vocalists but even though they have different roles and the members who aren't the Main & Lead Vocalists don't get as much part in their songs as the others, they still can sing. And not to brag or anything but EXO is known for their amazing live vocal, even when they're dancing or running around the stage, their vocal still amazing. Thank you for reacting and analyzing EXO's acoustic session, hopefully you'll react to their other amazing live performance as well

my EXO-L friend first introduced me to kpop through EXO about 4 years ago, i was freaking mesmerised by them and i became an EXO-L as well☺️, i tried to venture out more into kpop by listening other groups i did like it but i just can’t seem to become a die hard fan because they were lacking something that only EXO has it i can’t explain it well but you do get me right?

At first I didn't believe that they were singing live. Until I went to their concert (just to hear and see for myself). 😭 omfg! Its soo freakin real. They sang soooo goood live. Voice were all sooo amazing ❤D.O wasn't even there. I might go to the heavens then😭

D.O.'s rich timbre is quite rare in K-pop and I think that's one of the MANY reasons why people are drawn to his singing. Also, he's a very agile vocalist. And have I mentioned how his runs and riffs are to die for?

The member you really liked was called kyungsoo his stage name is D.O he has a solo track called 'That's Okay' you should definitely check it out, also the members that sang the most ( Baekhyun, Chen and D.O) sang the most since they're the main vocalists. Member Baekhyun also has some solo work you should check out 'UN Village' and lastly member Chen had his solo debut this year with the song 'Beautiful Goodbye' I recommend you listen to exo more they're extremely talented.

fun thing is that, it's mentioned that their concert director thought that D.O.'s (the main vocalist that you keep mentioning) voice would fit so well with an acoustic session so they just had to include one

Each vocalist in EXO has their own vocal strength. For me, Kyungsoo is my favorite because as you said, he has a buttery easy voice with so many smooth runs and kind of a calmer tone. His vocals runs and vibratos are no joke.
