I'm so glad you turned me onto Azure. You are a big reason I got into dips in the first place, and I did order a Markartt Dippies kit, but the top coat was a NIGHTMARE. I remembered your glowing review of the Azure liquids and bought the Azure top coat and I agree, it is fabulous! Now I am trying to decide who to order a more top-line set of liquids from. So far I have been doing the gel method of dipping and really loving that, but I want to have the option of no uv lamp. Who makes your FAVORITE liquids? ❤
Oh I’m so glad to hear all of this Casey! I hear ya, nothing worse than putting together a pretty mani and having a lame topcoat ruin it! I’m so glad you’re loving the Azure topcoat as much as I do. It always surprises me how sturdy and shiny it is. It’s hard to pick favorite liquids because there are so many great ones. But the ones I always go back to is Vivid Glam Co and Virgo and Gem. But honestly I think the Azure Beauty ones could end up becoming a go to also the more I use them! The Vivid Glam and V&G base are a little thinner but I don’t think you could go wrong with any of these options 🥰

Thank you Carolyn! ❤️❤️❤️ I think what you’re probably seeing is my builder gel layer underneath since I apply my tips with the Vivid Glam Gelly glue. The builder layer underneath does have a bit of color to it though. It’s West Coast Dips Aphrodite builder gel. It’s a pretty pink builder with a cool undertone 😊
I recently got a kit from Azure, but it was 40+ powders, no liquids, because I liked the colors in the kit. Well, I didn't realize the powders came in packets, not jars. Kind of a pain, and not a lot of powder in each one. But the powders went on very nicely, so I was pleased with the powders. I got one of the little dip trays, too, but I have a better one already.
Oh wow, I didn’t know they had sample size kits! I’ve never been a fan of the little baggies for dip powders either so I don’t blame you! It’s good to see the powders are pretty great quality across the board though! ❤️❤️❤️
I have a few! My favorite dip liquids are from Virgo & Gem and Vivid Glam Co. Though if someone is looking for something quick of a Amazon I always recommend these! They are really good quality. Dip powders I would again say Vivid Glam Co as well as CN Designer Dips. Barbie’s Secret dips is a good one too. I prefer small businesses for dip powders because the quality and selection just can’t be beat. But for lesser expensive and good quality options I’d still recommend the Azure ones. I’m not really a fan of the big brands like Revel and Kiara Sky. I know a lot of people love them but I’ve found a lot of them can be more difficult to work with. But then again that’s just my experience 🥰
Those colors ARE awesome together!!!! All of the colors in the kit are GREAT! Definitely worth the money!
