7.35a - Oblivion staff renamed to oblivion knuckles

I tried out the new Ethereal Blade tonight in a match I played as Luna (I was Luna, my teammates were Mars, Axe, Queen of Pain, Lich while enemy team was Morphling, Spectre, Pudge, Necrophos and Wraith King), and it's very good. I really love how Aether Lens can now be upgraded into something that you can use for both defending yourself and fighting enemy heroes alike.
I also think Shiva is in a super good spot rn. I will try it on all my supports that want to be in the middle of the enemy team and like to deal their damage with spells.
I think the buildup with the new veil with helm is great. I mean people who would want the new Veil and Shivas want to stand in the middle of the enemy team and could use some regen and armour.
I'm thinking of Earthshaker Veil/Shiva before Echoslam, or Phoenix, Spirit breaker, Bristleback.
The stats are great and 20 armour feels crazy. The AoE spell damage increase also seems very strong to me.
Not supports but, super good on Timber and Lesh. Buildup is one of the best but the recipe is expensive
Lesh also gets bloodstone which increases AoE so lesh spells will hit in a bigger area @@Donn2k and with the veil change u dont need to click it so u can also get benefit from it while farming
I see the Mask of Madness and Faceless Void situation -- they nerfed his item so hard that they buffed him -- and then I imagine whether the same reasoning affected the Shiva's Guard and Sand King situation. I think you're right, this might be "the item" for a while.

Mana boots might look like a buff, but you can’t disassemble it anymore into other items and it doesn’t give you mana anymore.
I kinda like it tho... The thing that's bothered me for the longest time is when I wanna restore mana I wanna remove my mana items to restore more... But since arcane gave mana I can't get the max value from restore... Now with the mana regen it's better for sustained spell casting
And besides I think the only reason why people like to disassemble it was coz arcane was shit outside of laning stage... But now with the mana regen aura it's actually useful outside of it

Chen Armor buff +Axe culling armor buff is an actual combo in pubs....I had a guy playing Axe with 120 armor when buffed by Chen....and using bloodstone + aghs in Axe and this guy is almost unkillable...and deals a lot of dmg

Razor buff is huge. And spec, his number 1 counter is nerfed. Not to mention the upgraded phylactery.
I was a menace before with phylactery shard basher razor, pretending to be batrider while dealing stupid damage. Now I get to build crits too?!?!?!?

Hey BSJ, there is no typo on arcane boots. It just is talking about 2 things. The radius of the mana restore, and then the fact that MS from multiple boots does not stack. You just linked the two in your mind (although a new line between them would have helped)

I think heart is a dead item now except for very late game. its got +200 g cost and -350 hp a few months

Removed crystalys as a component which also removed the crit that it gave, i think that is the nerf
No guarantee crit so heros like kunka are now way worse, the extra bonus damage doesn't make up for it

jugg q is trash. with 5 butterflys at lvl 30 you get 850 attack speed (cap) and it does a whopping 1800 dmg. literally 400 dmg more than old q with dmg talent.

That 1500 hp limit is kinda bad though, makes it very niche. Maybe makes you tank slightly better against str stealers and high magic damage teams.
