It exists becasue the customers asked for it. Not everyone is a tool that want's to have the same Lamboghini as everyone else and they certainly don't want their route limited to having stop stop and utilize the lift when there is a small bump in the road. I'm all for the Sterrato as someone who is tired of having to worry about heavily damaging a quarter to half of a million dollar car (depending on what I'm driving) , every time I drive it. I live in the rural midwest so the roads aren't always the greatest.
The LP570 has been going well. I've only had to replace the clutch. And I did that around 18 months ago. Otherwise I haven't had any issues. It's been amazingly reliable. My only complaint is that it can sometimes feel "slow" at low RPM and when accelerating from a dead stop. I should do a 2 year ownership update on it...
