Always a fun day hanging out with you Gary. Never quite know what we will get into. By the way, wire speed was too low. I could hear it from here. The heavy spatter is an indicator also. Just sayin here from behind my expert level trolling keyboard. Having a non rotating spindle on a micrometer makes it much easier to get consistent measurements at really small increments. I would sure like to see the guts of that reducer if you pop it open. All the best, Tom
Good one Gary . Along time ago , i used to extend Kubota tractor king pins & their housings for a local Kubota dealer . Modifications for market gardeners . Nice tool haul as well . 👍

I just can’t get over the stuff Gary does. Who takes a wheel apart and puts it back together? What would the people who need that do without Gary? Amazing.
Wondering where you were. Now thats a setup/welding table! True enough for a tractor. Been looking for a turntable for some time. People want way to much.
Wow! So much to see here! Great deal on the welder, excellent welding table and I'm really looking forward to seeing more on the rotary table. Thanks for all of the interesting content!
I realise you've been working on your house / basement extension to your workshop, but hope you managed to get a little more time working on the old iron in the shop :) That huge rotary table looks like a fantastic project and I'll be looking forward to seeing any progress on that :)
Lots to see in that video Gary. You got some great bargains. The welding table is going to be a beast. It's interesting to see how someone like yourself can look at something and see It's potential when someone else views it as scrap. Thanks for the great video.
Gday Gary, the new welding table is bloody awesome, I’d love to find a top like that one day, the rims turned out great and the tools you brought at the swap meet will all come in handy, I really need to find a machinery’s handbook to, great video as always mate, cheers
Been a while Gary getting back to watching your channel, but life after one's Bride passes is full of do it your self project's and over due chores for sure. I have a pair of ford rims to change the off set on, and the milling of the welds to remove is something I never though of, thx ! Ole Tom makes a "Great Homeless Help" hehe (@@)! I love tool swap meet's, but the vise Tree was Awesome, along with the man whole shop. If you still keep in contact with him, let him know I have a rare 1967 Pexto & Wilcox 617 (# 67-02) bead roller up for sale, and on my channel. It was the last roller P.& W made before Roper & Whittney bought them out. Great video, thx for Sharing, Bear in Tx.
I had a feeling that your local Kubota dealership would be back for more wheel modifications after you delivered the first batch we saw earlier. Your new welding table utilising repurposed materials is a perfect addition to your shop, can't imagine what something like that would cost to buy. Great content as usual Gary, really looking forward to the shop expansion in the future.
Some pretty heavy-duty up-cycling you have going on there! Between the welding table and the turntable, you have plenty to hold on to in case of a tornado! ;)
Thank you, I definitely have plenty of big items to hold on to. Still need to watch you latest video on the K&T over arms, just been crazy busy. Always appreciate you stopping by. Gary
Hey Gary, keep the “scoop” or hopper on the motor mount. It will ballast the jointer vibrations…and work as a siphon point for a vacuum to collect the dust.
And I thought he was working for old table saws. Always glad to see a post from you. You sure can find the deals and what an amazing wilton vice collection that guy has.
That's an awesome welding table top and a good use of the old saw base. Those wheel hub hole centres were a fluke. Your method worked great. Nice job. Cheers Tony

That’s a pleasant surprise to see a new video from Gary 🙂. And a very good one it was too. Looking forward to the build series soon. Anyway, greetings from Amsterdam 👍.
What was that woodworking tool originally made to do? looks very specialized but also very massive for wood work. Surprised to see those wheel mods as normally you can buy those 6 bolt implement wheels in most any back spacing for less than $100 ea. You can even get custom wheels pretty affordable compared to shop time labor. We use unverferth manufacturing out of ohio. I believe sacramento wheel service does similar on that coast.
Gary, you are without a doubt the busiest person I have ever seen ! Have you fig'rd out a system to get 48 hr days ? ... Once again, another great video with excellent content . I always look forward to your monthly contributions . And what's with all that rain thereabouts ?? Are you looking at record year for precipitation ? Hi Gary, all interesting as usual but being in UK the most striking item was the "work for food" man. I've never seen that in this country (perhaps I don't get out enough). And he looked tidy so I'm guessing there is a back story ... I scanned down the comments and I did not notice any about the man so I'm guessing it's more common in other places. Anyway, thanks for sharing. Cheers Paul
Paul, always nice to have you stop by. In California we definitely have our share of homeless people, or should I say unhoused. So I was just having a little fun at my friends expense. If you are just messing with me then I feel for it, if your not then you need to look up Ox Tool. Hi Gary , enjoyed the interesting video. Perhaps electrolysis would be a good way to clean the rust from the welding table top thread holes , a few days in a tank and a pressure wash to follow might be worth a try , less tedious than hand tapping all those holes , just depends on whether you have a suitable tank. Great to see you doing some fine work. All the best from Wales.

Look at the 5hp 240 volt powermatic planers 21" wide
Putting that table saw motor on that jointer is like putting a cordless drill motor on a drill press. Its not going to work.
That oliver is worth big money and you can still buy motors from them oilver dosnt make tools in the states any longer but they are still in business.
You look at machines made pre wwI and around WWII eara they were overbuilt made to last 100 years sure you had some cheap stuff then it was crap, todays its better then many high qulity tools.
The motor off the saw is a 5 HP 220 or 440 3 phase.
It ran a 16 inch blade. They just made Table saw motors more compact on these kind of saws.
